Supposedly this is American Express (804) 952-9979 but you may also get calls from WEST ASSET MGMT (402) 391-5285 as well. So, my advice is get caller ID and make sure you look at it before answering. Just don't answer...if they could sue you, they would and you'd be notified in writing. Don't ignore that if it happens, but my recommendation is to not take the calls...it can only start the clock over if the statute of limitations has been in effect.
