This is probably the third number that has called me with an 805 area code. they have left 1 voice mail and she just talks to herself on my VM. Blocked one number just to have another from the same Area call again 2 days later.

Where is the NSA to track them and there scams..

SCAM ARTISTS!!! Computerized recording ( voice of an Indian lady) that promises to send you 100 dollar gift card for online purchases and 50 dollar gift card good for 18 thousand restaurants nationwide for you to try out samples and survey them. They ask you to verify phone number, spell out name, state birth date, mailing address and provide credit card information in order for them to mail out samples. I asked them for the company's name so I can look them up online but they wouldn't give me the name. They just claimed that they are an accredited shipping company and I was supposed to just trust that and give over my information. No way. I hung up on them and called the number back and message came up saying "user unavailable, all circuits are busy now".

I declined this number, I didn't recognize it.  I looked for something in my contacts and found nothing.  Googled the number and found my way here.  I'll update if I get me info on it.

I tried calling back and got the same message as all you did "the user you are trying to reach is unavailable". I just blocked them

got a message on my pinger app.so they know my pinger #. this is probably a pinger # as well

if I ever get the chance to get face to face with this a***ole they will be hurt
