"It's a discount shoppers club. AKA, telemarketers. They call homes randomly offering $25 Walmart cards for answering surveys. Never spoke with anyone. Just returned a missed call and got a recording with that message. Sounds phishy to me!"

it is WCA subscribers service. I got a call and no one answered so I called back and got a automated message that stated it did not recognize my # as a subscriber.
