My roomie was called today three times.  He even left George a voice mail repeating George's social and our home address.  The guy offered to come to our HOME and pick up the money for a loan George never had.  He threatened to have George arrested at work.  We called the cops.  They asked us to come down and fill out a report.  We called the guy from the 805 number and told him we were going to have HIM arrested for fraud and EXTORTION.  He hung up on us.  We're texting him now offering to have him or his monkeys arrested should they show up at our door.  Homie don't play that.  Foreign folks trying to extort monies out of Americans using scare tactics.  Go after 'em folks!  And DON'T give them a dime.

want me to send 437.67 and go to my local walmart on put it on there and don't active it they said that they will and if i do not there would be a warrent out for my rest

I had the exact same phone call today. I was very distraught to know that someone had all my banking info and social security #. I went to the police department and they told me to go to the social security office, inform my bank, and contact the credit bureau.  This man threatened to have me arrested with the hour!

Called off and on all day.
I got a call on my cell from officer David Scott, but sounded Middle Eastern, said there was a legal law suit against my ssn and asked me if I wanted to settle it over the phone.  When I asked for more info, he became irate and said he was going to call my work and talk to my manager.  I told him I was going to talk to my attorney.  An officer Gary Hudson called my manager and when he refused to do anything he told my manager he was going to be arrested for harboring a fugitive.

These idiots called me yesterday saying I was being charged with and had an arrest warrant for FRAUD! I told them that they didn't intimidate me and I was calling an attorney. He told me to tell my attorney to kiss his A^&*!!!

Sr. David Scott called from this number and said he was with the legal department of bureau of litigation/investigatons with the state of california, he had all my personal information and when i asked for his address he hung up, called back and asked me why i hung up on him and started talking crap and threatening my children and family. I filed a police report with my local police department.

got a call from a so called officer from bureau of investigations for city of santa barbara , calif. he stated his badge # was 5226 and his name was Gary Hudson  he told me my ss# and then said he was going to transfer me to jay webber his superior when he got on the phone he sounded like the same person i asked for his badge # and he gave me the same as the other badge # 5226. I then told him that i am having this investigated by  my attorney and he said that the police would be at my door within the hour to arrest me. I told him ok and he hung up

I just had the same number call me today... That I owe  money to a payday loan store since August and I opened my account in September I told him I didn't have the money and he started saying he was going to call the police on me and throw me in jail if I didn't pay him that my case was going to court in th afternoon... Please

They called me saying I owed money for a payday loan I took out on Aug 25th and siad his Name was Ofc. David Scott Well he didnt sound like a David Scott sounded more Middle eastern and then after I refused to pay him he threatend to have me thrown in jail and then began to call me some Very bad names Like MFer and to suck his and a$%hole
