Legit, BOA....they are helpful and it is in your best interest to talk to them.  

This company keeps call me ... we are not behind on a mortgage and when I call the actual number attached to boa, they confirm I'm current but refuse to get me removed from the call list.  when i call in, it says collection.  yet customer service says current.  how can i fix this unnecessary calling

They do drag their feet.  I sent and resent many documents to them and then was told I didn't reply in the time alloted so I would have to start all over again!!!  They don't want to help anybody, they just act like they are helping but make it so cumbersome and request the same documents over and over again.

They are dignified solutions. They are a thirsbparty contracted by b of a to help facilitate loan mods or short sales ona mortgage. They are legot hut they are not bank of america.

This caller is claiming to be Bank of America or some debt collection agency. I have no idea why they are calling and leaving voice mail on my little used old cell phone number. I believe they are cold calling.

If its a bank or debt collector you better believe its some type of fraud, that is all they are good for. When it comes to corruption, luring, cheating ,stealing their is none better than da.banksters. Besides you don't do business over phone #1 rule in business.

Like the others... working with BofA on a short sale... caller left a voicemail saying it was BofA rep calling to check on the process. YMMV

I have received 3 phone calls at least from 805-579-9184. It shows up on my caller ID as B of A. The person asks for the Satillian person. I think it's the same guy each time. I have told him that I do not know this person, if they owe money, they have given a bogus phone number, I asked one time what was the call about and was informed that information could not be disclosed to me. The last time I spoke to the man I asked him to make note that this person was not associated with my number. He apologized and hung up.  TODAY! He called back!

My BoA Rep called today from this number.  I know it's her, because we have been talking alot about our loan modification process on our mortgage.  BE ASSURED it IS Bank of America about your mortgage.  If you don't have a BoA mortgage, then they made a mistake.  It happens.

Today, May 6, 2013 is the first time I have ever seen this particular phone number come up on my cell phone but it was from my mortgage representative who has been helping me get into a special forbearance plan with B of A, he calls me on a weekly basis however, the number that came up said "Northern Los Angeles Area" and I know my particular representative is based in North Carolina. It's is a legitimate number.

Nothing to worry about with this #.  If you have a mortgage with B of A and have applied for a loan modification, it's just your customer service rep calling with the weekly update, or to let you know if they need further documentation from you. It's in your best interest to answer the call!

LUKE SKYWALKER they are a debit collector for Bank America, it is my advise talk to them, they are part of the modification and help department for moneys that are owed.

yes they are Bank America debt collection department, if they're calling its because your late on your loan, or because you have requested a modification, I have personally advised them of this number that shows up as Alma Santillian, they have no idea why the actual loan adviser that I am working with calls me and this number like a list of other show  up they have some kind of rotary numbers its a hit and miss, I refuse to answer private numbers, or no data provided, I am sick of telemarketer, politicians etc.
This is not a fake call, yes they drag there feet I have been at it for 2 months and still notice has happen, but I have faith that it will, and when it does I will update the information.

It is Bank of America - one of the many numbers they call from.  I'm attempting to work out a Home Loan Modification with them (which is a whole different story - they've dragged it out so long I don't think they ever had any intention going through with the process)

Everything is NOT a scam - if they called you by mistake, it's just that, a mistake.

If you don't have a loan with them - don't give them your personal information

I called to, no way in hell was able to talk to someone.

It's Bank Of America, and if you're doing a short sale, that's the number they're calling you from. It's all good.

This is a legit Bank of America number.  I am currently working with them on a loan modification on my mortgage and this is the number they always call me from.  It's not a scam.

Yes they indeed are using Alias as Santillan Alma to cover themselves so that the call will be answered. I do not know this person so I didn't answer and I looked it up it is linked to BoA supposedly or some debt collection group.

If you have a loan with them and are behind, it's legit.

They say they are affiliated with B of A but when you call back the announcement says they are a debt collection agency.
