I have received numerous calls from this number as well as a number with area code 209 (calling from same company).  The guy says he is calling from McGuinness Law Firm, Callahan & Associates, or US Cash Advance.  It's a scam...they want you to verify ALL your information...DONT DO IT!

I have been recieving these calls for the last four days.  This guy does not speak well and has cursed me and my daughter out.  He saying that I owe money for a payday loan that I took out in June (which I NEVER did).  When I ask the exact date of the alledged loan he says that he does not have all the details.  He even went as far as to asking me about my job info so he could send papers to my employer!  These people are straight crazy and need to leave me alone!

I just received a call from this number 805-619-0942 and he kept saying i owed some money because i took out a pay day loan and didn't authorize them to take the money out of my account. The guy didn't make any sense. When I started telling him that I was going to get a lawyer involved and file criminal charges if someone has used my information he started yelling at me and saying he was just trying to help me and to wait for the information in the mail. He couldn't give me anymore information because he wasn't authorized to do so but to wait for the information.

I know, I just had a call and was accused of being a fraud and owe  a payday loan which I know is not true.

Nothing but a scam.  Spoke to this idiot for 12 mins and is accusing me of fraud when I know for a darn fact that I never took out a payday loan!

I have the same number calling saying I have three days to respond before they call local authority and send to court. this guy does not speak english at all and says they are conducting a case against me.

I had two calls from this number someone who can not speak english, and stating that there is some investigation being conducted?
