I got a call from 806-687-1113. When I answered a person asked if they could speak to me I said I wasn't available and asked them to leave a message. They asked me to call 806-762-2090. Who is this?

This is a collection agency. They currently use an automated calling service. This is more than likely an agency that collects medical bills.
The agency always leaves different numbers to return their call to that differ from the original call and a reference number for when you return their call.
They never state the name of their agency or say that it is an attempt to collect a debt.
All attempts that I personally have made to have them stop calling and handle further correspondence via mail have failed.
Refer to the Fair Collections Act to find out your rights and report any illegal collection activity. You can find it via your favorite search engine (google, bing, yahoo etc...).
