Here is a solution for these EVIL people, and you can recognize them by their thick accents, and "call center chatter" in the back ground.

Ask them to wait a second while you get that person. Then get a toy whistle, and blow it hard into the mouthpiece of your phone. Naturally they will hang up, and because you caused them pain, they should remove your number eventually.

They cannot report you because they are violating the "Do Not Call Registry" law in the US, and their aim is only to scam you.

Got a call from an English, IN number. Very thick accent, could hardly understand, didn't begin speaking automatically, so much background noise and laughing. Finally I understood him to say something about bladder repair and complications arising. That's when I hung up.

812-613-5658 has called several times claiming they are calling from the "United States Healthcare Department".  When I ask what kind of organization is, they claim to be part of the US government.  They then ask whether you are insured (the government would know that) and proceed to ask for identity information and private health information.  This identity theft scam is both a violation of HIPAA and financial privacy laws.  Don't fall for it.

812-613-5658 called me this evening from IN. I thought it might be a friend and mistakenly answered it.  Nothing but noises like a call center for a minute, then a guy came on and asked for "Jennifer." I don't know anyone by that name.
