They called me a second time and I answered the phone a immediately said " it's done but there is a lot of blood, get over here and help me clean up" they hung up to never call back
I do not know how the caller got my cell number and wish I did.
I got a call from this number sayin I won a free home security system. I told them I live in an apartment and they quickly hung up. I think this is a scam because my cell number aint in the phonebook and there was a lot of noise in the background.
I just got a call from this number not even 5 minutes ago sayin I won a free security system. I could barely hear her because of the noise in the background. I then told her I live in an apartment and she quickly hung up.
These DykeHedz called me as soon as I entered my cell phone number on the Do NOt Call Registry!!
DO NOT think you are safe with the Do NOt Call Registry!!
they called this morning 6-13-14 and when I picked it up I just waited for some one to say something, in about 15 sec. they hung up.
I ported my home number to google voice... This service I can control who is allowed through to ring my home phone... I can also choose a disconnect recording for people I dont like... for my cell phone,I use Mr. number app. it works the same way.
yes the American Government has given the cell companies to give out every bodies numbers
I might try something similar
They said they are the U.S. grants department and I won 5000usd for being a good citizen and paying all my bills on time. I said OooOoooh like I was interested. She asked what I would do with my money. I replied buy a boat and travel to india and go to the ganga river and take a crap right on the banks of the ganga river. This is when they hang up because the ganga/ganges river is one of thier most holy sites. When they hang up thats one point.
Got to love home secure solutions. Just tell them there must be a mix up because I spoke to you guys two months ago and a man was already sent to my house and installed the security system. And I absolutly just love it because I was ablw to get the cranberry mocha coverplate and so now it matches my decor. And also someone tried to break in and it made a loud noise and scared away the intruder and so now we are so safe.
of course there is no security system because its indians in india in a call center and all they do is scam people for info and empty accounts. They dont have to follow laws in usa. They arent very smart and they dont speak english well. So outsmart them and waste thier time. The longer you keep them on the phone the more time of thiers you have wasted. Outwit them and enjoy your victory with laughter. Ahh memories.
Called and I did not answer. Googled the number and found this site. Read the remarks and blocked them on my phone.
just got a call from that number and didn't answer. getting alot of these calls lately from different numbers all scamming.
number shows: 813-252-0222
They call and hang up. No message.
They called 3 times today. They didn't leave a message the first time, no answer the 2nd and on the 3rd told me I had won a security system. I told them I wasn't interested in their scam and to quit calling. They will probably call again tomorrow.
Keep calling my phone, try to tell them I'd like to be taken off of their list; but the continue to call.
These people are hackers if and when you answer your phone they check through an app if you are using your Bluetooth they then Jack your radio frequency and data stream out your files they remote control your phone mics and cameras they steal all files. All files everything. Be careful
I just missed a call from this number. Wednesday morning.
gotta call from this number...says its from FL.
Its the feds guys!
They called me starting at 8:10 this morning. Its now 11:08 and they've called 6 times!! Something has to give!
Part of the problem is that many of those calls are from either spoofed numbers or are actually calling from outside the US, thus the DNC list has no way of enforcement.
Best bet? When they appear on your caller id, save the number (I know) and assign them to either a set of contacts like junk, spam, etc with the ringtone set to "no ring" or block them (depends on what your phone allows)
Just got a call. Some moron said, "good morning, Sir. This is Edwin. How you doing today?" I said, "I'm doing real good. Thanks for calling to ask." And then I hung up.
They called my cell phone yesterday but I have all unregistered callers blocked so I didn't even know about it until I checked my call log. It has to be a blind robocall just dialing 10 digits randomly because I have never given this cell phone number to anyone.
The calls came within 30 mins of each other.
I received a call on 2 different cell phones from this number. We never answered.
Missed call showed up on two I-phones from this number. Only legitimate business should have our two Verizon cell numbers and generally only personal friends or family would call both numbers at the same general time. We also live several states away from Florida.
Don't answer call from that number. I answered it and got pissed off. I asked the woman who she is calling for? She didn't answer my question and kept asking me how I am doing. And also ask me whether I own a house. I told her I don't know who she is talking about. Finally she started yelling at me. Insane woman!!!!!!
This is the third time they called me and im still in high school I've already told them to put me on the do not call list next time it happens I'll just do what Hugh did awesome idea by the way.
None of Your Bee's Wax
Its like this, why would offshore company's need to get the info from the FTC when its already in the call systems over there from company's using offshore call centers? All they have to do is plumb in numbers to dialers and computers anyhow. The DNC has to be purchased by a legit business.
This is why I don't and won't do business with company's that use off shore call centers. This is part of the reason so many of them have our info or access to it and more then they should.
