The people called me and literally had me in tears. Saying they were going to report me to the state and I'm going to get my license taken away. They are horrible people to work with.  this is just ridiculous.  I'm not going to just hand out 600 dollsrs to a company idk.

This company is not associated with State Farm. They are very rude. They could not provide me with correct information on anything. This is a scam and they are very rude. I would not give them any information on my car insurance, id, etc!! I contacted State Farm and they do handle their own claims the claim number is 1-800-578-8001. Ridiculous. I am filing complaints with BBB, and whomever I can for this company

My wife received call from Bell LLC saying that I was in accident with their claimant a Karen Hancock, which resulted in a car fire. My wife responded that I don't think so (true)

i am righting this letter because i dont think that i owe anybody anything because i already went to court and i had to get sr22 insurance and have to pay fine that i already been paying on so please check your records to verify what i am saying is true and i think this is hurasment

I just received a voicemail from this number regarding a suppossed accident I was in on August of 2012. I have received a few letters from this company saying I owe almost $1,000 for damages done but have ignored them because I wasn't in an accident and have never even been contacted by an insurance company, nor has my insurance company been contacted. Now I am receiving voicemails saying that this is an urgent matter and that my license could possibly be suspended. Is this company for real? How do they even get peoples information like this and is there any way to make them stop?

THE YOUNG LADY CALL ME FROM 813-261-7755 ASKING FOR SOMEONE I NEVER HEARD OF.  SHE ASKED ME ALL TYPES OF QUESTIONS LIKE SHE WAS WITH THE IRS.  WHEN I ASKED HER A QUESTION (EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS CALLING MY PHONE) SHE WOULD NOT RESPOND.  I DID SOME RESEARCH AND CALL BACK AND THE SAME LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE.  WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT I DID NOT WANT THEM CALLING MY NUMBER ANY MORE BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW THE PERSON THEY WERE LOOKING FOR.  HER RESPONSE WAS "aint" NO BODY GOT TIME TO ARGUE WITH YOU AND HUNG UP!!  
I REQUESTED THEY NO LONGER CALL MY HOME BUT I DON'T THINK SHE CARES!

yea they tried the same thing with me. but i asked for a supervisor. he reported that he didn't have one. asked for a badge number didn't have one of those. then i told him that car accidents are made public thru police reports. its complete b***s***

Called the number back, they are a collectors for State Farm, gave them my insurance and claim number and he said thank you, apologized for someone not catching their error and said they would probably never call again. Very polite, there was just an oversight!

Please people don't be stupid and provide these criminals any sensitive information i.e. driver's license number, bank account information, etc. Apparently the number is being service by the phone company Mcimetro Ats Inc. I'll be opening a complaint with the Public Service Commissions Dept.

Just got a call from this number . I did not get a chance rto answer phone so I called them back. A very nice lady said she could help me figure out why they were calling. I gave them my number and she told me who they were inquiring about. I told them it was a new phone for our home and that I did not know of such a person and she said no problem she would document such and we should not be getting anymore phone calls from them. Very nice.

yea i just got a call from these ppl saying that they were calling on behalf of state farm. and that i owed $220 for slashing a guys tires on his truck and trailer. this slashing of tires never happened, this is the first time i heard of this. i had no clue what they were speaking of. they said a name of "mr. anderson". i know a mr anderson because on new years night my dog got scared of the fireworks and jumped the fence and went missing. me and my husband and 2 ex friends of mine went around the nieghborhood looking for my dog. there were about 10 teens in this particular yard saying "you should stop looking for you dog because we have it and we chopped its head off".....i about died. i started crying and called the police myself. they went to the house and did not find my dog and one of the teens actually got sent to jail that night. when i talked to the "representative" from this "bell" company they said that the police report was done on jan 30, 2012. the incedent with my dog happened jan 1, 2012. why would these ppl wait an entire month to file a police report? did not understand that so i called the police station in my city and asked if there was a police report against they said they had no such thing. so then i called state farm and asked if they knew about this "bell" company....they said they had no idea and that state farm handles there own claims with there own claims department! with this said,  if anyone calls you saying they are calling on behalf of state farm and they are from this "bell" company hang up on them. dont believe anything they have to say. they are a fraud!

Saturday morning, 10:30 AM, Bell, LLC, called my home, harassed me and threatened to revoke my husbands drivers license and registration if I did not send them a check for $3,000 which they said was owed due to a motor vehicle accident that we were involved in.  We were not involved in any motor vehicle accident.  They claimed to be collecting for State Farm.  To date we have not had direct contact from State Farm that they had any claim against  us.  The attendant on the phone was rude and told me to pay my bill or they will sue us.  After exchanging heated comments, she hung up on me.  I called back to ask Bell, LLC to refrain from ever calling my home again and they said it was their right and that they would continue to call me.  I repeated my telephone number and asked that I not be contacted again. I was hung up on again.  I called back and told the operator yet again the number that I was calling from and asked that I not be called ever.  I spoke with a Ms Whitmyer and a Julian Crenshaw who were both rude and both told me that they have the right to continue to call.  I repeated my request for Bell, LLC not call me and was again hung up on.  I was told to "shut my gator" and pay my bill.  I have never received a bill from State Farm or had a conversation with them about a bill.  I will be sending this company a certified letter to stop calling my home.  About 1 hour later Bell, LLC called back with a recorded message for my husband to call 888-595-1417 but did not identify themselves and blocked their number from caller id.  This company is not reputable and if State Farm has anything to do with this then shame on them.

This is a third party collection agency/subrogation firm hired by State Farm and you can sue them for harassment if they refuse to validate this alledged debt and continue to call and collect on it while it is being disputed.

i had a fake phone call from a company calling themselves state farm reporting an accident that never happened am gonna sue their their behind for harrasment

AS tn gal said its a collection agency and if it had anything to do with driving or a car accident and you owe them money I recommend you call your states DMV or go in the DMV and I bet your drivers license is suspension due to this. I'm in the process of getting this fixed because of that reason. Just be careful who you talk to at this company some of them are very nice and are going to try to help you with it and others are going to be rude and talk down to you like their better than you which i experienced today while trying to reach the person who has been handling my account.

Okay, I just figured it out (put 2 & 2 together!!!)  This was the bill collector from a $50.00 left over balance from a dental office in Tampa!!!  At first they called me on the 261-7755 and were really rude when I told them they would need to wait a little longer, then after the first, called me EVERY day from that 1-800-282-6882!  Gotcha!

They are a collection agency and they were calling about me paying an insurance company.
A lady hit me however i was found guilty by an a***ole judge who would not look at photos...

so i have to pay a 1000.00 and i have not paid it yet but i have let them know im paying it all at the end of this month.

so im not sure if they do debt collection for anyone else other then insurance agencies or not but the insurance company i owe is state farm.

they are super friendly htough and will work with you!
