They state a case number a different one each time when they call, stating they need you or your attorney to call them back.  Bogus.  Block their number.

(lady) claim they are a collection agency, they ask for Thomas Allen and want HIS attorney to contect them at their number ...ext. 7014 ... HOWEVER... that is not my name, and I don't know anyone by that name. I suspect this is to get me to call back, and explain that I am not Tom Allen... at which point theey will say 'okay, thanks for calling... by the way if yout not him, what is YOUR name?' and then... what, sell my name and number to a hundred other telemarketers?
I thought the DO NOT CALL LIST was suppose to take care of this. But, oh yeah, TV commercials are not suppose to be louder than TV shows... (my tax dollars at work?)

My Mother-in-law received a call on her cell phone while at work and called me at work after searching around I have come to the conclusion this is B.S. I think they should be fined for this B.S.

Rocky point Capitol is the name they gave me, looking for my husband, who they never directly called. They claimed it was for an ATR hearing about our property. They gave no other information, and the lady who spoke mumbled her name..

The company is called **** Capital they say something about a civil litigation. They call you buy your first name but refer to themselves as Mr. This or that.
