Yup got a call from a Ray Donovan from Florida.  Guess its the apartment complex I'm suing that's trying to scare me before the court date.  Don't get bullied.  Know your rights.

I just got a call from this number saying his name is Ray Donovan and has a strong southern accent. Glad I looked this number up first cause I called back and got the voicemail. I will be blocking this number as of now.

This pops up on my caller ID the personal calling me says her name us Sarah but had a smokers voice and when I call back I get the voicemail of a young woman named Sarah Benjamin, I do owe money to an apt complex and hunter warfield is the collection agency hired to try to collect. Their address is 4620 woodland corporate blvd, Tampa fl, 33614. They never told me who they were so I never called back, thanks to you all mystery is solved.

Yup, 'ray donovan' just called and left a cryptic message. thanks for posting these, everyone, glad i found this so i know exactly who he is. I think i know what this is about, but it's a pretty small debt and it hasn't been long so i'm surprised they gave it to the aggressive guy already. whatever. i'm not going to deal with this moron, i'll just work it out through their website or something.

Ya I just got a call from this one myself, this time he is calling himself Ray Donovan" like on Showtime. caller ID still got it as Hunter Warfield 819-283-5929 Tampa FL. had to tell him sevral times I am unemployed and unable to make any kind of payments for anything. Guy is a full of s**t jerk.

Sabrina 813-283-9900 called from this number and she called my daughter saying it is a legal matter and my daughter was a reference. I would never put my daughter down as a reference.I paid all my taxes,I dont have any outstanding loans, and best of all I filed bankruptcy 2 years ago. So I know I dont owe anyone anything.My daughter told them they had the wrong number and put her on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

As of today the guy is using the name Joe Martin and has a very heavy latino accent.  
They are ruthless at finding family members by association. He called my Arizona business looking for my son from North Carolina that was listed as a reference on paperwork my Ex-husband filled out for something somewhere and reneged on.   My ex-husband has no assets, a lot of debt and is in poor health. Good luck to Hunter Warfield trying to get blood out of that turnip!!!!

If you call them back and advise them you have no contact or knowledge of the person you can request they remove the phone number from the portfolio. They have 30 days to comply or you can file a compaint with the FCC who collects data and enforces federal communication laws.

If you owe the debt, prioritize and pay your billls. Be responsibile for your actions and don't enter into an agreement you can't honor. If you only have a dime,  you still need to learn how to manage that dime.

This guy and the company he works for is a bunch of idiots! They have been calling my teenagers phone daily asking for someone we don't know. When I call to have the calls stop he is a bully which means he is a loser! A man who bullies women and children are not men but losers! He hangs up I call back he threatens me with harassment charges.. Too funny! I find this site call that number and again a moron who thinks they can bully a woman. I am turning this over to our local newspaper and the state attorneys office.. Maybe they can help these pinions figure out they are nobody and should try to show respect instead of being complete a***s.

An individual by the name of "Oscar Wilson" keeps calling my cell phone and saying: "Hi, Delores, It's Oscar!"   Please give me a call when you get this message.  I have NO intention of calling him because (1) I don't know anyone named Oscar; (2) if he can't leave me a message telling why he's calling, then it's not important enough to me to return his call if it's not important enough to him to tell me why he's calling. He is also calling my family members and harassing them as well and when they ask who he is and why he's calling THEM about whether they know ME, he won't give them any information.  I have blocked this # from both my land line and my cell phone.

Do they still have little scripts out there that can dial into numbers over the net repeatedly?

This guy keeps calling me and the significant other, in addition to family members. He's quasi-threatening and is harassing us in spite of having a legitimate problem with the "claim" that landed in his office, but he doesn't care and is using the, "let me try to scare you and call everyone in your family" bill collection approach.

I don't mind the calls from this tool myself, but the fact that he makes these calls repeatedly to other members of the family when he already has my direct contact info and has been told in no uncertain terms not to so is really starting to annoy me now.

I was hoping someone out there knows more info about this unscrupulous bill collector Oscar Wilson from the Tampa Bay area and his people....I'd like to build a profile and the info below from this site is all I have so far, but please update if you have any other good info like his physical address, personal phone numbers, email accounts, social security number, DoB, family members names and contact details, Facebook account, etc.

I would like to return the favor he's given me this Holiday season.

This jerk keeps calling and can't take no for an answer. The "debt" is for an apartment complex whose ruff collapsed during a storm and flooding the apartment. Oscar seems to think that the apt. complex should be repaid for their pipes bursting.

This is a debt collector from Global Crossing Local Services, Inc.- Tampa FL.  He is somehow connected to Hunter Warfield also a Debt collecting agency located in Tampa FL.  I beleive Oscar works for Hunter Warfield, but calls from another phone number, thinking your an idiot and cannot figure it out.  Both extremely aggresive.

Same deal...message from oscar...looking for woman names megan...no idea who that would be. I just activated this phone number 3 days ago (i guessi know why megan, whoever she is, changed it.

I keep getting calls from someone named Oscar asking for a call back. I don't answer calls from people that I don't know. I'm sure that he is trying to collect a debt. He will need to get in line.
