Calling regarding an overdue Home Equity account that was "awarded" to my X in our divorce. I blocked their call, and will get a black mark on my credit ratings that will take me a month to clear, but that's life. No since in trying to explain to the caller, I'm sure they have heard it all by now.
Close your accounts, cut up your chase cards, and blacklist their calls. All that can be done at this point!
Next will be the mortgage company calling....... Life is still better now!!!

Evidently I have an old number of one of their debtors. Today's call back to tell them I'm not Marvin (I'm a woman) , where I was unable to give them all of this Marvin's account info to stop the calls, was answered with "Well maybe you should get up and pick up the phone when we call." Since the call came in at 1:57 pm, that made me laugh.
Total b*****ds, in any case, so I just blocked the calling number. They're aggressively wasting their time hassling a now-former customer. As a result of the calls and responses to my return calls telling them I'm not their guy, I cleared out my Chase accounts and moved everything to PNC.
