I got a threatening voicemail about a law suit against and the man had a strong accent so I could barely understand him. But I refuse to answer the phone when they call and they call back to back. I have had the same type phone calls from different numbers! They have threatened to have me arrested on my job within 48hrs and of that was about 2weeks ago. IT'S TOTAL BS AND I AM TIRED OF THEM CALLING ME!!

just got a call at my job from this number, first the call came in on my cell and caller id listed call from Japan. when i didnt answer, they called my desk phone. first time i answered they said i had a legal matter. I hung up and they called back. I sent it to Voice mail and an Asian guy name "Roy Jackson" left a message saying i was going to be evicted. what a creep

Mr. Jackson with foreign accent called asking for my attorney because of a lawsuit.  Usual BS threats.  I told him he could contact the CA Attorney General.  The Attorney General would definitely love to have a chat with him and his firm.  He didn't like my response and became abusive.

I got a phone call saying that I was being charged with fraud for failure to pay back a loan that I  never had. I told tjem they were full of it and if they called me again I'd have my lawyer sue them for harrassment. These people even called my job.

I got a call from 813-305-2976.  An asian guy with the name Orven Thatch(?) from what I could understand.  Threatening call.  Said something about getting an attorney.  Obviously a fake name.  I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau.  They have call before from a different telephone.  I know ther is a law against this type of harassment.

I got the same call & said they were gonna issue a warrant for my arrest for some loan I didn't pay. I immediately called the police & filed a complaint. It's a scam!!!

I just received the same call. The said I needed an attorney. When I started asking questions like the company number and name that supposedly has the suit, the guy got irritate and started calling at me.

There telling me they need my lawyers phone number because I am being sued in a lawsuit. Who is this number?????
