I have no clue who they are, because I dont answer. But, they call several times a day.

yeah. this number called me earlier, i didnt answer, no message... and then another random call today. grrr...

called multiple times and hung up. last time he mocked the way i said "hello" and then hung up. wierdo.

This number keeps calling me at work.  I don't answer, but I wish they would stop calling me.  I figured it was just a sales call as I do H/R.

I had called this number back to see who had called me 4 times before, but it only said "Your call cannot go through, please try again later." Then a minute later, this number called back.  A woman said the following, "Hello ___(my name)__, I am calling from Lucky Number sweepstakes and your name is being entered into a drawing for one million dollars because you are a holder of American Express, Mastercard, or Visa.... is this correct?" and I said back, "Well, a lot of people have these cards"... she continued, "well which card do you have?" I didn't respond and asked what company is paying out this million dollars and she said "some company in New York"... After I asked what the name of the company is she said "IMC International Magazine Company".  She continued by saying that the drawing will be held on December 31st and that I will also be getting a hand-crafted diamond watch.  As she was talking, I looked up the company and "lucky numbers" and found that this was a complete scam.  She also stated that someone by a certain name will be calling me soon to give me more details.  I then said to her, "Does any of this cost money?" she then said no, so I responded, "If my name is already entered into this "sweepstakes" then I don't need to do anything else and there's no need for this conversation right?"  (since she was going on and on about what I will be "receiving".  She then repeated that it doesn't cost any money for a sweepstakes and asked if I wanted any of the magazines that she listed (which I obviously declined), and so I responded by telling her that I found on the Internet several people who have answered these same phone calls and also how they were SCAMMED!... she then rebuttled with (and I can tell they were trained to answer this way), "well you can look up Wal-Mart and find many complaints against them!".... I then responded that she should really read what I am looking at on the internet.  I found HUNDREDS of complaints against this company by people who had answered these phone calls.  Apparently the first person would ask if they could put in a "good word" for her when the supervisor calls them back.  Then the supervisor would call them back and tell them about all of these magazine offers for around five bucks a week and once they gave IMC their credit card number, within an hour that turned into $79 a month on their credit card already charged to their account. Then when they would try calling back they would be put on hold forever or the number wouldn't work.  DON'T GET CAUGHT IN THIS SCAM!

So I've been recieving at least 3-5 calls a day from this number, no message and I aint answering. Like everyone else here. However I looked it up on Whitepages.com reverse search. Got a name and address, even a map of the location. So Herbert, if you read these, stop calling me and these people. I can say in all honesty I know who you are and where you live. I may not answer my phone but I know the authorities answer theirs.

These people call me 5 times a day, real early and real late. when I answer nothing and when I call back it says the call can't go through. how can I block these people?

calls me 2-3 times a day when i answer thay hang up and dont leave messages and it really scares me

Just got one this monring from this number, no message was left. I did not answer the call due to not having my phone with me at the time. Does anyone know who this number is?

I get calls from this number but my phone only rings once and that is it. They do not leave a message and call several times a day...this is annoying but I just hit ignore on my phone as soon as the number displays on my cell...whoever these people are they seem to have no life so this is a thrill to them....don't get caught up with these people on the other side. Ignore all calls from this number and or area code unless you recognize the number.

On reverse whitepages lookup, it says that it is a landline from US Lec Corp in Tampa Florida. This number is one of a string of "silent callers" I get every day. But never from the same number. I also get calls from 1-866-963-4935 or 1-866-963-4940 or 1-866-963-4942. They call once or twice a day, if you answer they hang up. Usually I can't get to my phone so I get multiple calls a day from them! I put them on my block list but as you can see they just call from another extension. There must be someway to stop them...

For now though, I am going to tell the next caller " I see dead people" and see what the response is...

they call me at least 6 times a day.  I dont even get a chance to answer the phone to see who it is.  So i called back and a recording says "Your call did not go through please try again later."  I am so tired of this BS They need to get a life.

They have called 10 times in the last two days. I called my bank and they are going to report the number! Dont give them any information!!!

Missed two calls from this number yesterday.  This is part of an onslaught of random calls I have been getting from numbers similar to this in the past twoo weeks.  Started getting text messages from email addresses with bank names a few months ago as well.  My credit card was recently 'compromised' in the Heartland security breach and I think all these calls have something to do with this.

yea I answer to this number and they go off how I've won just by being a valued customer for having one of the major credit cards and want to know what one I have well if I'm such a valued customer how come they dont know what one I have! I told them not to call but they keep calling back again and agin and agin leave me alone!

I got like 5 calls; on the 4th call I told them to stop calling that I was on the do-not-call registry and they hung up; 5th call they asked for "Esther", no one even closely remote with that name here, to what I said, "No, she died" - the guy stumbled a few seconds and said "I apologize". They stopped calling for the day, but today I got a call from a different number now... now I'm planning to sell them vibrators for their mother next time they call, I'd like to see their faces; they'll keep calling I know, but I'll then tell them I was having sex with my dog.... and they interrupted.

got this crazy call evryday into my cell phone.

They called earlier around 11 and then around 1. I'm over here calling back and finally someone answer. "Someone called and I was wondering wat for" They just randomly anounce their name after I say this and  repeat myself....They hang up on me...Over and over..So I'll be as immature as them..And I' only 14 years old here..I had the up most respect and they go and hang up on my face?...

I was at home and the phone rang and when i  answered it, there was a man and he asked "Is Maria there?" I told him that he had the wrong number and he thanked me and hung up (my home phone has no caller id.) The next day,I was working and my cell phone rang so I hung up before I heard anything. At lunch I looked at the number because my cell phone has caller id, and the number was 1-866-394-9194; just then i got a call, and when i picked up, it was a woman and she asked "Is Maria there?" it was the same number. I was so weirded out that i hung up. I later tried to call back but a busy message played all the times i tried, even when i used a friends phone just in case. Maybe it was just a weird coincidence, but if it wasn't, I don't understand how they got my cellphone AND home phone #!??!!! I'm sorta scared

Just got a call from the same number,a guy knew my name and said he was from IMG.When i asked him what he was calling for he hung up....it must be a scam.Question is,how did he get my name?

omg these peopel are so annoying i just answer and hear weird noises in the background like a tv then i say hello and htey say nothing and hang up am all the way in texas why are they calling me from florida

I recived several calls a day from this number 1813-315-9754, they always want to knowq personal information about me but I never gave them nothing over the phone, this people want to steel your identity, p[lease do not give them any information, I wish I knew whow to report them to the government

Calls me every 2 hours. Just hangs up. No message when I missed the last call. Also got a call from (866)963-4942. They hung up as well.

One call just hung up... I cant believe the number of people this is building to...
