Now on my caller I'd it has number and mo , USA is what it comes up , the man told me he was john marsh the attorney himself calling me

I got a  voicemail today from a lady @ the number 816-912-0211 told me I had a claim against me, I was going to be arrested, I needed to call them, , well I called him got a smart mouth man   You could not understand  very rude!, telling me they had a claim against me , that I was  going to jail this afternoon at my job or home,   I ask him what was the bill for , he never would tell me if I didn't pay this amount, amount for 1,321.00 or go to jail will not be able to post bond,  would have to pay bond , court cost, it would be 6,321.00 to the judge be in jail 3months, now the man ask me in beginning did I have a lawyer, duh yea I keep one on hand hello! Told me if I can get the money up call him back in 30mins and he will talk to my lawyer , well I wasn't born yesterday , I got on phone with my husband upset of what I was told I will admit I was upset ,I didn't know what was going  on ,so a friend of ours , was a former police officer , he contacted official for me and they are going to  check into it , , said he was john marsh he was the attorney himself, calling me

I have also just received a call and voicemail. I'm pretty sure he said John hall attorney or John Marsh Attorney? I can't trace the number ? This happened on March 3, 2014.

I was scammed by the same people today for over 1000.oo

Well I am assuming they never came to arrest you. I just filed a police report with the information they sent me to send money to them. They are definitley scammers because the account number they said was mine is actually a credit card that can be reloaded with a 500.00 limit a day to be withdrawn for cash. The stupid thing is paypower requires name and social fingers crossed we get this b*****d.

He is a punk.  He messed with the wrong guy this time.  I just happened to be in a meeting with our companies legal team for a briefing, while this John Marsh character made threats just as you all have said.  I out him on speaker...we had a good laugh.  He knew my home address...I sure hope he stops by. My Shot-gun needs to be used for practice.

Got a call from this guy JOHN MARSH he is rude and very disrespectful just told me I would be arrested at my home and dragged into the jail and dragged under the court house. Asked me why I didnt pay my bills I told him because I have a daughter who passed away and I got behind on all my bills. I asked him to speak to his supervisor he said he is the supervisor and no body could help me out of this deal. How do these people get your number??? I am so furious I called back he answered again and I told him I was gonna have my family find him and arrest him. I am so upset if I wasnt at work I would have went off on him.

Just got a call from this John Marsh person and was told I needed to pay 300.00 today for a debt. Texted him just now and told him I was turning his number and name over to my attorney. Who calls from a law office using a cell phone.

I knew this was a scam and believe me I will find who is behind this Jim Hill s*** and make sure he's brought to justice

I just received a message on my personal cell phone about returning a call to this person "John Marsh", he says I need to call him back right away regarding records management about  a case and if I don't then the only thing he can do is wish me luck with what will happen to me.

I was told he worked for an attorney and I was going to be arrested the next day and then hung up on me and would not give me any information.

I GOT A CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE JOHN HILL SAYING THAT A COP IS GOING TO  COME TO MY JOB AND ARREST ME WITHIN 2 HOURS ON CRIMINAL CHARGES AND I NEED TO GET A GREEN DOT MONEY CARD TO PAY THE CLAIM AGAINST ME. thEY STATED IT'S $320.00. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Got a call from the same number today saying i will be arrested at my workplace in three hours? I really would like to see "whoever" is behind this scam to come to and arrest a police officer at the sheriffs Office. I usually dont gt out of control like I did but that call pissed me off heavily!     I tried to call back so many times and it kept going to that lame machine saying the person is on the phone. Thats ridiculous it really is.,

The fellow calling himself a "criminal attorney" is a liar.  Criminal attorneys *defend* an accused person against a criminal charge.  People who *bring* criminal charges against people are called "prosecuting attorneys." Prosecuting attorneys don't work in corporate offices.  They work for the government.

So your "John Marsh" fellow from "Riverside Criminal Attorneys Law Firm" is a transparent, bald-faced liar.

This number is a scam.  DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY.  THEY WANT YOU TO GET  A GREEN DOT MONEY PAK  CARD FROM WAL-MART TO PAY MONEY TO THEM IF NOT THE STATE WILL ARREST YOU.  THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY NEED TO BE STOP.  FILE A POLICE REPORT AND ALSO CALLED MONEY PAK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL HELP YOU.

Another call today, approx. 9am, from same number asking for the same employee by first name - again on my office cell number which is not advertised by the company.  Again I asked for his name and the entity he worked for and the nature of the call and got vague responses so I had to ask several times.  He said his name was "John Marsh" and that he was a criminal attorney.  I asked him specifically if he, himself, was an attorney, and he confirmed, "yes".  I asked again for the entity for which he works, and he said he was from Riverside. I pressed for more information, and he claimed to be from the company called "Riverside Criminal Attorneys Law Firm" and was calling from their corporate office.  (I don't find that lawyer or that "company" online).  This gentleman was pushy, asked to speak to my supervisor (I am the supervisor).  I told him that I was taking down the information and would report it.

Call came today around 11:30am on my work cell phone which is not a company listed number.  Without any preamble the caller insisted on speaking with a person named "XYZ".  I asked the nature of the call, as I do not hand out phone numbers of present or past employees nor forward calls to current employees if I do not know who is calling - and this sounded very much like several calls I receive every year from fairly rude gentlemen asking for employees or ex-employees by name (almost always rude and demanding, always men, always with accents).  He said it was an EMERGENCY.  I asked for his name again ("Kevin Foster"), and what the nature of the emergency was.  He told me that XYZ would be arrested at his workplace within an hour and he needed to speak with XYZ immediately - that was the emergency.  At this point I told him that I receive many of these type calls and that I wanted his phone number, which he gave me.  (It's on my cell phone screen anyway).  Then he asked who I was and I told him I was the office manager.  THEN HE ASKED ME WHO "XYZ" WAS!  (??? this man was the one looking to talk to XYZ), and at that point I said "goodbye" and hung up.  I will report all of this type calls from this point forward.
