As a side note, I suppose you could tell them to hang on (as Andy Rooney suggested to tick telemarketers off), and never come back to the phone.  Or, look up other ways to "deal with" telemarketers.  What angers me, is that my number is unlisted.

All of a sudden I am continually receiving calls from this "company".  It's a bunch of nonsense and a fraud.  Be cautious people!  ALWAYS (ALL WAYS)!  Just don't bother to answer calls like this.  Let em ring, or do something better if you choose....like report them.  The BBB is NOT sponsoring them.  Watch out!

I keep getting calls from this place and with caller ID, thankfully I don't answer.  Also, I did a search online and their Better Business Bureau claim is FAKE.  The BBB is NOT a part of this company's background.  Use caution and report any fraudulent activity ASAP!  God bless the truth!

I have been dealing with these types of calls for months!!!!  Most have Indian accents... your advice below worked on my phone!!!!!!!  I just put in a few numbers that have been calling constantly... THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am saving your instructions and will post on as many other complaint sites as I can.  It may help others.  AGAIN, I am so greatful I saw this and diid not know I had this capability... I'm through Comcast cable.

This may not work for every phone, it depends on your carrier. But if you are getting annoying calls it is worth a try. The service is Call Blocking and it let's you reject calls. Each carrier has a different number allowed. ATT is 6, my local cable company is 10. 
On ATT the caller will hear:
"Your call cannot be completed. The number you are calling has activated Call Blocking, indicating that they do not wish to receive calls at this time."
    •    To block a number
    ◦    Press *60 (1160 from a rotary phone) and follow the prompts
    ◦    My prompt is 4 tones, then silence
    ◦    I type in the number i.e. 813-322-9103 the annoying TMI guys
    ◦    The system pauses the says "the service has been activated."
    •    
    •    To turn off block a number
    ◦    Press *80 (1180 from a rotary phone) and follow the prompts

they have called me at least 3-4 times in the last two days. I send them straight to voicemail now, but I am worried they have my cc info.

Have received at least 2 calls from TMI -- both times I let the machine take it. First time, caller hung up without leaving a message. Second time, they left a message that sounded like a kid. I couldn't understand what he/she said.

I too have been receiving phone calls from this # as well. This is what I have done to stop the phone calls.  I simply went along with everything and acted all pleasant and excited on the phone. Even stated to them I can't believe I have been selected its like winning the lottery. As soon as the deal was about to be made I paused for 6 seconds and then shouted into the telephone "F*** YOU SCAMMER....HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!"  Then hung up... may have been childish but so far they have yet to call back...

Several calls a day.  No msg on the answering machine.  Caller ID reads TMI.

You buy poison from scammers, and now you figure out they ripped you off?  What famous "celebrity" convinced you to take this crap?

YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT COMES FROM but now you know the kind of crooks who sell it. Maybe you should have looked it up on here first.  

Lucky if all you lose is your money, just don't take that crap, flush it or send it back but don't take it.

I too had ordered acai berry product and am now getting this phone number calling.  I think it might be the acai berry people.  They probably sold our info to some other company and now they are trying to rip us.

They just called me again for the 5th time...I informed the lady that I had cancelled the card which they had the info for, and that I was aware of their SCAM. Told her I have already requested to be removed from their list and reported them to the BBB. She claims it is not a SCAM but, come on...I have never purchased anything from them; they apparently are "Acquiring" peoples CC, Add. and phone info from some source and using that to mislead people into a "YES" response to their questions; with which they later use as your confirmation for them to SCREW you out of your hard earned money !

Answered one of their calls today. They were looking for my mom to offer her Walmart gift cards, gas cards, and loads of other crap. Looks like they got her information from when she had ordered some acai berry diet supplement. I flat out called them scammers and the guy said they weren't, but obviously I don't believe him. Also told him that I had called them back 3 days ago and went through the automated prompt to have my number removed from their call list and then asked why they're still calling, then hung up on him. I've reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry. 11 calls in 5 days!

Calls at least 10 times a day and hangs up if I answer or not.  Tried calling the number back and have put my number in at least 5 times "to be removed from our calling list".  Still getting repeated calls after 7 days!

This number keeps calling me and when I answer they hang up.  They just keep calling, 4 or 5 times a day...

Caller called me notifying me that I had won a $200 Wal-Mart Gift Card in response to my participation with e-millionaire which was a package deal I signed up for a while ago to help me market with Twitter. The person like stated above had my address, name, phone number, and last 4 digits on my card. This was all the information that I am aware of them having.

Constantly calling will not leave message - tired of it.

they just hit me after calling 4-5 times a day, had my full credit card information, trying to sell home insurance, same bogus Walmart offer and gass cards, 200 dollars... what ever, I canceled my card.  kid on the phone actual Admitted that his company Bought my card information!!!

I've got 5 calls from "TMI" in the last 3 days (with the number on the caller ID always being 1-813-322-9103). I've let it go to my machine each time, and no one ever leaves a message. Today, I called them back, and got an automated message that said "Please enter the 10-digit phone number which you would like removed from our call list, and it will be removed within 24 hours." Told my parents to watch their credit card statements just in case.

Keeps calling me at work, but not leaving a message.  I've had 2 other calls in the last week offering

I keep receiving call from all different numbers that keep leading me to these kind of discussion boards. They are calling my work phone that I will no longer have. Do they make you verify information or can the person who gets my number next confirm the information? I am concerned that they will confirm and I will end up with tons of charges.

they've called me for 3 times today, no one on the line as well! They are  idiot!

They can't do anything unless I answer, right???

So far I've received two calls from them, the first time there was no one on the line, and the second, they asked if i was the owner of a card with ####. I told them no, and they said sorry and hung up the phone. I wish they were all that easy to deal with.

I too received a call from "TMI Management" with my address, offers of gas cards, etc, but with the last 4 of a Visa card I had cancelled because of them.  They bilked me for $89.00 and I was never able to recover it because it was laundered once they had my money.
