Someone keeps calling me and hangs up. When I call they hang up .. help who is this creep and why is he calling..Calling only females it seems weirdo !!

Keeps calling my work cell phone.   Not sure what they wanted but they do not answer and have quite a history of hang ups or phony sales calls.

I keep receiving a call from 813-344-1565 and when I try to call it back - the number immediately hangs up and NO one asnwers..
Where can I report them?

Just got the same kind of call, I hung up when she asked me if my hose was moniterd.

Same thing with the ADT. Reporting to the cops. Looks like they are trying to find houses to break into over the holidays. Will be disappointed when they run into my dog and  shotgun.

I'm seeing this number on my call history several days in a row now.  Never leaving a message, I'm going to block them.  Glad to see something on them in here!

I recieve a call from this number every week it seems, they just hang up when i answer , if i call back it hangs up... now from reading these remarks, i see its a scam.    I will be reporting this number. it calls from a wireless phone in Tampa

This number has called my house all this week, apparently from an auto-dialer.  Somebody finally got on the line after a significant wait, and addressed my 70 year old spouse by 1st name as if he was a friend then hung up.  WHATEVER THEY ARE SELLING, WE'RE NOT INTERESTED IN!

Today, I decided to google this number and ran across all these comments. I have been recv these phone calls now for approx a month and a half. This is unfortunate for me because the guy I was dating moved to Tampa around the same time that i started recv these calls. I accused him of having something to do with it because i didnt know anyone with that area code except for him. I would be talking to him mobile to landline, then i would have call waiting with an unidentified caller but i could see the number. I would answer and then they would hang up. At first, i thought that it probably was a wrong number. I started getting the calls at all times of the night. which made me feel that it wasnt a business. Then it seemed to me that the only time i would recv these calls was right after i talked to him or even while we are talking. Needless to say I went there with the notion that my friend was dating others. I began to feel that this chick probably went thru his cell and got my number and she is jealous or curious and would call me and say nothing. Irritating. when i call the number back all it does is ring. no answer machine or voicemail. so im hot with fury with my friend and feel i cant trust him. after finding these post i feel like a complete idiot and have called him to apologize with my deepest sincerity. But as i sit here writing this im wondering could there be some kind of electronic virus. These are the reasons for my thinking: I only know 1 person in the Tampa area or even with 813 area code, I recv these calls while im on the phone with him or soon after we hang up, he and i talk atleast 5 to 6 times a day with no restrictions on the time of day or night. My friend came to visit me for 4 days last week and I didnt recv not one of those calls the entire time he was here. but as soon as he got back to tampa and started calling my house phone these calls started again. So i am happy to know that he doesnt have anything to do with him. but the calls have started again.

Here it is the day after Thanksgiving 2011 and I have received, for the umpteenth time, a call from the same number as everyone else on this page. Caller ID says it is a wireless caller. From previous experience with the area code 813, it is generally in the Tampa - Fort Myers, FL area. I answer the phone with the business name I work for and the caller hangs up. I tried repeatedly in the last few minutes to call it back to see what it is or what they want and they hang up on me every time. So, other than just venting here, is there anything else that can be done to stop these phone calls? It's very aggravating and ties up the business phone.

I have gotten 6 calls from them, every time I answer they hang up on me. When I call the number back it hangs up on me. 6 times really??? As im typing right now they have called again and hung up on me.

I just got the same call today. The guy asked if he could put an ADT sign on my front yard. He asked what type of  system I have and I told him a "very large dog" (which is true). His reply to me was ....what happens when there is a fire?  I called ADT and got very little resolution!! They said that " they will investigate" but could take 3 weeks. Really? Three weeks? It took me 1 min to find this posting. ADT went as far as saying that it was an authorized dealer that called me and when I challenged that, I was connected to someone that said he thinks it is a scam.  So ADT does not seem to be taking this seriously. I asked for the most senior person or Executive I was denied the opportunity.

I will be reporting this to the authorities as well. I might even report it to the local TV stations because I am concern that someone will be taken for a fool or worst if the houses are being cased.

They call multiple times a day even though our number is on the National Do-No-Call list.  I refust to answer this number.  It is somewhere in the Tampa, FL area and I know no one there.  I have no pay-day loans or loans of any sort and am not a subscriber to ADT.  Based on previous comments I WILL NEVER answer this number.

Got call from this wireless # asking if I wanted to display a "Blue and White ADT sign" in my front yard. I told female caller I already had one since I was an ADT client. She said "Oh." and hung up.

I called ADT. The operator I spke with said she was unaware of any open phone marketing going on at the time and she was gong to pass the information onto corporate HQ.

Called Sheriff department and turned info over to fraud division.

When I answered, nobody replied.

A female who said her name is Melissa has called my house 12 days in a row leaving a message letting me to call 1-877-854-0262 to settle a case before the attorney makes a decission. I called it and you reach an ans machine where some guy saying his name is Mark and he is a general manager wants you to leave a cb # and the best time to call. Scam all over it.

I just got a call from this number. The lady informed me I owed around $500.00 for a pay day loan that I never took out.

She said I was being taken to garnishment court. I asked in which jurisdiction this was being handled, and she asked me what did it matter.

What a joke. This is a SCAM. Do not fall victim to them!

keeps trying to collect on a debt that I never had from 2007....he even yells at me when I tell him that I didn't take any type of pay day loan. he then requests my social security number and I refuse to give that info to him
