i guess they have nothing better to do then annoy everyone else. i do not answer my phone,they call call till the cows come home.maybe i will start calling them for  a change!

I received a call on my cell from 813-344-1977 asking for a Daniel Day I did not understanding him due the acent being so strong.  The gut spelled Daniel and Day for me.  I told him this was not Daniel's phone number he ask me for my name and how long I had my cell phone.  When I ask why he need my information he told me to put in the sytem.  I immediately told him he did not need my name or how long I had my phone to put in in his system is phone does not belong to Daniel Day.  I got a little rude and told me yes.  I am sure they will call me again.

These people keep calling me too.At home and work. We told them we would trace the call and sue them because we have already told them to stop calling.they haven't called back yet. This is the third number I have been getting calls from in the past 2 weeks. I think they should be hunted down but I know it is impossible.

They keep calling me and calling my work this is crazy there has to be a way to stop them. The last one I told him lets go to court that I would love to because I dont have any bills. He said I will be seeing you with the police I told him please do then maybe you will stop calling me. lol. he hung up on me.

They keep calling me too! saying i owe them money and i need to pay it. I asked for documentation and for the amount of the loan etc. "phil" wouldn't give me any information, stating that i couldnt have it because they were using it against me in court. He wouldn't give me his last name (saying it was none of my buisness) and wouldn't give me their address. on the 20th call he started to talk dirty so i hung up on him. i won't be answering that phone call anymore!



Its BOGUS! you can't be arrested for not paying a bill. its a civil matter. besides a REAL debt collector will not threaten you (its against the law) and will give you all the information regarding your debt bc they want you to pay and NOT go to court. PLEASE don't fall for it!!!!

I got the same call over 20 times yesterday. "Phil" wouldn't give me any info and threatened to arrest me THEN started talking dirty... ugh.. gross...

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. just hang up on them, file a complaint with the FTC, State attorney generals office and a police report.

yes i got the same msg w this phone number.. from the americian devision.. i knw this is a scam , because it happend to me last year..i aint falling for this one again, untile i get a certified mail.. rather then scaring me on the phone.. this is bs!! :)

This company has been tracked, you may still receive calls however a third party is currently at there location to adjucate any fraudulant calls, should they call again all you need to do is ask if anyone has mentioned what I have just posted

lol...I once pretended I was my own secretary, and asked for the address so I could forward to Kristin's lawyer.  The guy said, "New York, Washington" was the address...lol.  They're fun to mess with for a while.  Eventually they stop calling, but will start up again from another number.

I have been receiving calls from numbers that come in to my cell phone as international (+81 33441977), but then transfer over to Amercian standard number if they leave a voicemail.  This phone numer, among others, appear to be routed to an American landline, but are apparently coming from a different country.  These are very persistent foreigners with obviously fake American names, who become very rude and aggressive if you dispute their allegations.  They have called my polace of employment and been very nasty with my boss and others in the office, telling me they will have me fired.  Luckily, I work in a small office and was able to warn my co-workers.  I have gone to a lawyer, but there is nothing that can be done at this time.  If anybody finds a way to prosecute this international harrassment, please share.  Otherwise, my fiance and will just keep ignoring the calls and pretending to speak another language if we feel like answering. :-)

These people called several times claiming they're calling from the American Law Division stating his name is John Parker. He said that I was a suspect in a fraud case.

They have called my phone twice askinfgor my social security number unless I paid money I would be involved in FRAUD.. Once again no address to there place of business and so far when I ask they hang up. This is crazy!! Never have I been tormented the way they are doing me.. I have paid allbills..
