The phone rings but when I pick up no one is there.  This has happened 2 times withing the past 2 days.
I cannot seem to find out any information regarding this number.  When I call it back, it either is a fast busy, or it rings 5 times then it is a busy signal.

this is a broadband VOIP number that belong to an internationl pool.
In short, companies like Skype or VoipCheap rent those numbers if somebody from internet wants to call a physical line (land line, mobile, but not internet one).
Somebody may called you by accident, but also someone want to call you to see whos on the other line. This happens alot with people that do not answer *67 number but still somebody wanted to call you and hear you.

I got a call from this number as well - twice in a row.  Weird thing is, is they dialed right through to my extension at work.

This number came up when a friend of mine from Kansas City called.  I know she uses a Vonage account.

My friend from Canada called me, and number came up on my caller id.  Thought it was weird

Tried calling this number back.  It keeps ringing busy.  Just got a call from this number
