Now i have two other numbers calling me is there someone i can call that speaks clear english to find out if this is real or not

Now i have them calling me and telling me they seen my post and wait 5days and i will b hear or seeing them in court about the situation is this seriously a scam or not bc now im getting pissed

He's a fraud. Ignore him.
Legitimate lenders NEVER insist on "money-paks" or "western union" .
This guy is nothing but a desperate, low-life scammer. He's sitting in a call center bemoaning the fact that people are getting wise to their con-games. These maggots have been pulling these stunts for years. Now, with the help of sites like this and more media attention, their games aren't playing out too well.

A Michael Thompson called me they are trying to take me to court for a "loan" i supposvily had from feb. 2012 and i never applied for one til a month ago and it wasnt for much and they are trying to say it was for $1700. And told me to send monet by different money paks.. he sounded like he was from india... but im a single mom with very low income what is this a scam bc its freaking me out.

It isn't 'probably' a scam. It IS a scam! Whenever you hear the words "Western Union" or Money-Pak", you are dealing with a FRAUD. No ifs, ands or buts. Simple as that. ALWAYS. No exceptions.

This number called me as a Jeff Thomas from instant cash advance. I had applied for a small loan but he was talking about a $5000 loan and supposedly I have to put $270 and $300 on 2 separate money pak's. it's probably a scam. Don't do it

This guy named Paul Smith (sure) from Instant Cash Advance ( sure) called me about a loan.  All I had to do to obtain a $4000 loan was load $250 on a Green Dot Money Pak verification voucher and within 15 minutes the $4,000 would be deposited into my account!  Really, it's that easy to get an unsecured, personal loan for $4000 - I don't think so!  I could hardly understand the man - he was rude and sounded like he was from India.  Thank God I'm not that gullible.

This company is called Fast Cash Loans. When you call back they want all kinds of information. I did not apply for any loans over the internet. Please do not give anyone any information and make sure you report them

Five calls were made to my cell phone. Each time they called, their accents were CLEARLY INDIAN and very hard to understand. I told them to take my name off their "list" - however, it has not worked so I WILL be blocking the number.
