Some do***e bag named Fabian call me.  Said something about a bill or whatever.  His talk off was really weak.  He could not close a door.

Robert Powers called my phone looking for someone else.  Same malarky...gave reference number then said other person or their attorney should call him at 813-384-2909.  Filed an FCC complaint against him.

My daughter got a call from this Robert Powers and he was looking for me. She asked him what he was calling about and he told her it was about my house and gave her a claim #  She refused to give him my # or any other info. The funny thing is he already knows my # because he has called here everyday. He has left messages for me or my attorney to call him back. Ya right. If he really wants to get a hold of me, send something in writing. If it was about my home you would know my address. Jerk! Why can't something be done about these scums who call and try to collect on bills that are 20 years old.

Some man called and was very rude and said he will call back to keep harassing us.
He was looking for my brother that does not live with us.
He was very obnoxious to me.

This guy Robert Powers is priceless.  He called my mother's home last week looking for my brother who has not lived with my parents since the early 80's.  He asked if my brother lived there.  She told him no.  Then he wanted her to give him his phone number.  My mom is elderly and did not have it with her.  That didn't matter to Mr. Powers.  He was not accepting this and continued by telling her "you're not going to give it to me or you don't have it?"  She said she didn't have it. He then said "I'll note down that you refused to give it to me.  By the way you can tell your son and his attorney... Good Luck."  What an a***ole!  She did call him back to see what kind of business he was in.  Funny, he said he legally didn't have to tell her, yet he expected her to just give out someone's personal phone number when she had no verification as to who he was.  He eventually said he was in a financial business and repeated his comment "you can tell him and his attorney Good Luck."  Thanks to David (in the above note) my mom is better informed of her rights.

This man calls me everyday!!! And everyday I curse his *ss out! Tryin to tell me that I owe him 2000!! I got somethin your there *ss called a attorney to sue his *ss and get 1000 dollars for harrasment!! Don't let these collection agency harras you especially when you don't owe them nothing!

I got a call from Robert Powers too & luckily for my wife, who he was calling in reference too, I use to be in collections & know the laws for my state. He was rude & that's one thing, but when he made the mistake of threatening her by "reporting" her & trying to bully her, he made a fatal collections error. As he made the mistake of threatening & bullying in a message on our home phone. So I contacted an attorney friend of mine & now Mr. Powers & his collection firm have been sued for the balance of the account he was attempting to collect on. So her delinquent account is paid in full. As an fyi, collectors do not have legal rights, can not threaten or bully you, & you have the legal right to record all incoming conversations to your home phone. Learn your rights & the law & don't get pushed around by the bullying collectors.

I received a call several times from Robert Powers and Amber from 866-660-1627 all threaten a law suit if I did not settle an account for a unnamed client even by asking me to pay them off by putting it on a credit card.  It is distressing to know what lengths this P & G outfit will take to get personal information.
I reported it to  my cc company and closed the account which they have flagged about P& G.
These guys operate on many different phone numbers so, watch out!

The guy who called from this number asked for Marsha. Did not believe that he called the wrong number, and was extremely rude. If he is from a collection agency, he really deserves our collective pity since he appears to be not fit for a decent, self-respecting job. Not that I have anything against collection agencies as they have an economic role to play in our society. It's just that some collection agencies hire people you wouldn't want to be your neighbor.

A guy called, said he was from DMV, asked to speak with my roommate about a claim and advised that she or her lawyer should call him at 813-384-2909 , said his name was Robert Powers. Figured it was a scam or something.

Wanted to know if Peter lived at my residence. He said he was a collection agency.
