Did you went on your holiday as yet?  We also purchased a package, I think in 2010 and totally forgot about it.  In October 2012 we received a telephone call from All Star Getaway again informing us that they noticed we did not utilized the package.  They have forward us again a package with extended dates.  The questions I now have is, howcome they did not take more than the $998 dollars and phoned us more than a year and a half later,  informing us they noted that we did not utilized our holiday as yet.  If they are the scammers as everybody say, howcome going through all these troucle tracking us down?

Where can I go and have a peek as to what other possitive revies there are about this socalled "scammers"

I have already "googled" the detail prior to my original complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. I have supplied the detail of the various company names and agent details. Will be interesting to see the response. Anyway, like I said before, the FTC did email the following response: "Thank you for contacting the FTC. Your complaint has been entered into Consumer Sentinel, a secure online database available to thousands of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies worldwide."

Hi Eugene, Worried because they had all my personal details, worried because I cant remember doing a survey either. Im just glad I didn't transfer money. If this is a legit company then they should be able to supply a professional website, and why do they keep changing their name?
All Seasons Escape
All Seasons Getaway
All Seasons Travel  and now....
Great Destinations Holidays
If in fact the are legit
They are not telling the entire truth, that this holiday is eventually going to cost you a lot more than they are telling.

This number they gave me was 0018139153255. Got a call from Tonya Mercado (agent id 4862) about this holiday I've won. Trip to Orlando Florida, Disney world, Car rental included. Also trip to Fort Lauderdale (4 day Bahamas cruise). Spoke with American accent. sounds like a great deal. Then transferred me to Derica Wilson (agent id 2922). Gave me the same "great news" Said they were from Great Destinations Holidays. I could not find anything about them on the net. They wanted me to pay an admin fee us$698. I refused. They hanged up the phone. I'm from New Zealand.

OK, I am an employee of all seasons. You say we tell you you "won" a trip?? We never say that. You don't win the trip...you qualify for the trip. It is not free. We never tell you it is either. If you ask if it is free we tell you "this is not a contest or lottery...you qualified for the trip after you filled out a survey online. If you actually get another call try listening to the Rep. You will not be sorry. It's a very affordable holiday vacation for 4 people. Try listening when they call you again.

Recieved a call from All Seasons Escape this morning . Spoke with Kayla Wagner 9807 ID who said I had won a 2 week holiday for 4 in Orlando including a 3 day boat trip to the Bahamas. I said I dont remeber filling in any competition but on she went with details of this wonderful prize plus had all my details of address, phone number and email. Eventually passed me onto Benjamin Sherit and suggested my husband share in this great news. We were now getting suspicious especially when he wanted our credit card details. Husband then said we dont give out those details to which Benjamin wondered why???? Gave the website www.Allseasonsescape.com which has wonderful pictures and customer reports BUT no contact details/address/email contact information for the company. After being made to feel bad in that we were not taking this offer we cut the call and saved US$698. They are a scam. I think some of the positive comments on this website have been submitted by themselves to make the calls seem legitimate so beware.

I got the same phone call and spoke to a Frank Hilliard (in Whangamata) and after I payed the money of $834.00 NZD I felt pretty good about this great holiday package. I also spoke to a Timothy Cuneen. I had a bad feeling after I started checking all the scam sites/forums about this company's legitamate practice.
I have doubt as to whether this is a scam or not. No one has been on the trip have they??
You can't judge a book by it's cover, when you haven't read it. Same hear. If I hear someone go then I'm sure it would benefit us all, especially all who are wanting to travel to Florida/Bahamas. I would just go to shut people up. Also, if they wanted to scam you why not take more money from you. Why would they send receipts/emails. I actually feel sorry for the sales people who want to sale us all a great holiday only for no takers. Isn't it true that a person (in this case company) should be proven innocent until found guilty. There's proberbly people who have been and they can't be bothered replying here on this sad site because they had a wonderful time. I talked to a David Newbury today and he spent 40 minutes talking to me on the phone. Why the heck would he ring me back if he was wanting to scam me. It is just not logical. He wants to offer me a trip of a LIFETIME!!!! His business must be making a loss if it is refunding people who are complaining of being scammed.

Hi everyone  -  I just had this same phone call about thirty minutes ago (I'm in Whangarei, NZ)  Wasn't prepared to give out my cc details and told Timothy Cuneen (ID 8232) that I wanted to do a little research and speak with my partner first.  Reading all these comments doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.  There have been a few people who have said early on that they have paid for their holiday and will report back, but it doesn't look like anyone has.

I really want the holiday  -  but don't think I'm brave enough to cough up the initial NZD840 and then walk on eggshells until we get to the US

The first guy I spoke to -  Fred Jones (ID 0154)  -  did say that we would have to attend a ninety minute timeshare presentation in return.

These people keep ringing for my husband.  As soon as I heard the American accent after a moment delay my mind screamed Telemarketer so I hung up.  Mind you the 1st call was at 7am, they keep ringing incessantly.  I have answered once and told the guy my husband was not home and asked who it was and the guy said 'Bill' I asked him where he was from, he told me Tampa Florida so I asked what company and he said 'that isn't important can I speak to XXXXX' again I told the person he was not home.  He hung up.

More phone calls so I let it go to voicemail and they hang up everytime.  I answered one just now and it was a woman and she told me she was from All Seasons and asked for hubby's mobile number, which I refused to give her and she would not tell me what the call was about and would only tell my hubby so armed with the location and company I jumped on the internet for scams and voila came across this site.

I must admit I am quite surprised at the number of people who have actually handed over a credit card number for a supposed 'prize'.  In my mind if I won something then no money should be needed hence no credit card details.  I would ask for confirmation in writing and then do some research.  Guess I am just a born skeptic but seems that is a good way to be these days to save the angst of being ripped off.

Please check out the website below and you will see that this mob have been at it since 2010 at least.

There is information on the site from former employees showing the entire script used by their high pressure sales people.  In reading their comments I can see that it's not a scam as such but a huge rip-off where you end up paying almost retail anyway and get exposed to another high pressure sales pitch to try and get you to buy time share while you are over there.

Also, it's claimed that one of the organisers is a convicted drug dealer with a 10 year prison sentence behind him.

Definitely too much negative information to take a chance with this mob.

I got the same call last week and refused to give credit card details over the phone to a complete stranger.
I see a couple of people on this forum have stated they have bought the package and will get back to us on how it all went.
That was the middle of the year and no further comment - I suspect those posters might have been All Seasons Escape people!
Also if All Seasons Escape are really legit, why aren't they challenging this and many other scam busting web sites by providing independent proof of their legitimacy?

I don't approve of their methods it is very hard sell, but I'm skeptical about it being a scam.

I was told I had filled in a survey recently and was selected to receive this discounted holiday opportunity. ( I couldn't remember but I could have because the Bahamas is somewhere the family has always wanted to go  so gave them the benefit of he doubt) long story short I gave them my details and intended to surprise the wife. She immediately went on line and found sites like this and assumed I had been scammed. I realised how foolish I was and was quite annoyed with myself. We cancelled the card - but funds $868.00 NZD had been deducted.
I called All Seasons the next day ( because I was making the decision without my wife they gave a 30 day period to withdraw.)  I checked the appropriate times to call, got answered right away and put onto a customer services woman. I spoke very politely and was treated wonderfully. She kept mentioning I had a 30 day withdrawal period - that appeared to be important. I simply stated that my wife was not interested and could I withdraw my acceptance of the offer. She said that was fine , that I would recieve an email to which I had to confirm my withdrawal and the funds would be refunded.

The funds were refunded minus about $30 bank fees.

Oh and before I confirmed I wanted to withdraw they offered to extend the period I could use it by 2 years and to reduce the price a lot further and offered a condo in Florida instead of the hotel. I almost said yes - with the wife glaring at me.

So it's hard for me to agree its a scam - scammers don't return the money - I've read others haven't got their money back and I wonder whether the 30 withdrawal period may be a factor, I also get that you are angry when you confront them  - I found a calm and courteous approach really helped

I hope this is of use to,others out there. And to nev I would love to hear how it goes in due course.

If they were legit why do they insist on credit card details before anything is done, common SAFE practic is email to confirm the call with all or more information then you contact then after the email to confirm it and only then supplying details.
If it isn't a scam they need to try and not look so much like a scam, asking for credit card details up front isn't good business practice.

My missus got a call today from the same people... 'all season's great escapes'  and trust me it sounds so much like a scam.

After someone directed them to this site low and behold 2 quick replies with 'I have taken the holiday' and not a thing is needed to reply here just type it out and hit enter. In this day and age of internet scams the old saying still holds true 'if it's too good to be true it usually is'

I also live in New Zealand and had the same phone call about 30 minutes ago, I wouldn't give out my credit card details and rightly so, when checking with the bank I was advised this was a scam and one that had been going for some time - it sounded too good to be true.  I don't remember entering anything on line for them to get my details either!!

Seems to be the same line of comments...everyone thinks its a scam but no one has actually said they went on the holiday. How can something be a scam if all these people say they didn't pay or even go on the trip. Until someone actually says they paid and went on the trip, only to find they were left high and dry with no accomodation etc, then these people can't say it is a scam. I have also been contacted and have paid so will know myself if it is a scam and will report back. I have also read comments on other forums where people reported taking up the offer and said the trip was legit, apart from the cruise port costs were about the same as the cruise itself, plus they had to spend 2 days attending high pressure time share presentations. Its pretty hard to sell yo something if you don't want something or can't afford it. But if you get cheap accomodation and want to go to these places as I do, then the only money you loose is $998. I know there are allot of internet scams and I have been taken for a few and maybe this one as well. But reporting this is a scam without actually finding out that it is, is nothing more than scare mongering. Get facts first before taking advise from people that have no clue apart from thinking everything is a scam.

I hope we weren't on the phone long enough for them to hack into anything!!!! After hanging up they called back but I didn't answer.
