I get multiple, multiple calls from this number every day, sometimes within a minute or two of ignoring.  I have asked them to put me on their do not call list, I have informed them I am on the do not call list, still nothing works.  They just get snotty.  Well...I am purchasing several airhorns today and look forward to their next call....that ought to get the point across!

Got the same thing today. The disconnected message is on their answering machine. They are not really disconnected.

Yeah, "Olin" left a message with the wonderful news that my family had won a week's vacation in a fabulous resort.

But I no longer pick up if I don't recognize the number. If it's important, they can leave a message. Makes life easier on me, harder on the scammers.

I don't know how this caller got my number.  This is harrassment!

These people call EVERYDAY. I am on the DNC registry but apparently they do not pay attention to those lists!

Receiving repeat calls from this number.  I should be on the do not call list.  They don't leave voice mail and i don't answer the calls.  It's annoying to get these calls several times a day.

I called the 888 number that the pre-recorded "Olan" or "Owen" provided and listened to the telemarketer guy (a real person) read off his card about some sort of blah blah blah time share or something I had to do to get a "free" cruise or whatever. He then started asking for personal info, and I asked him why he needed it, and he said to make sure I would qualify (i.e., had money to fork over) and he added that they didn't want people like himself to show up, "because I'm broke," which I believe was probably the only honest thing this hapless telemarketer said.  I threw a bit of line back at him by telling him that I was broke too and that it hurt to be reminded of it. He said that he would take me off their call list. So that might be one way to get them to stop calling.

I received two of these calls - one on Monday 11/15/10 in the morning, and one today (Wednesday 11/17/10 in the afternoon).  I too have "won a trip" thanks to "Olan."  Mary, thanks for the complaint form...I will be filling this out.  

My problem is that I am actually waiting for a call from JC Penney for a catalog department order, and I listened to my voicemail thinking it was JC Penney...boy was I disappointed!

They left me a recorded message saying that is Olan from a travel agency, and I have just won a trip.
How do they get our cell number?  Doesn't the do-not-call-list mean anything.  It seems that once you start getting these calls they just keep coming.  I have been receiving calls from many different numbers and they are all spam.  Is there any way of stopping them?

They called me too. I'm submitting a complaint to the FCC because I too am on the Do Not Call List. When I waited through their message and told the saleswoman that I'm on the list, she hung up on me. I got a call from this number about a free vacation to anywhere in the U.S. or Canada (maybe they specified other places - I didn't fully listen.  I google'd the number and saw a bunch of posts about it being a scam.  I'm on the Do Not Call registry too so I shouldn't be getting these calls.  Please help!!!

I received a call on my cell phone about winning an 8 day stay at a resort or free air fare for 2 with absolutely no strings attached or requirements on my part.  Yeah, right!  Just another telemarketing scam.

I hate these calls. I have received them multiple times a week. I tried to get my name removed but was on hold for a long time. This has got to stop.

Just received a call from this number. 813-387-0039, my phone said it was a FL, USA.
I actually answered it and it was some recording saying I won a Cruise!!  Whatever... .... Just wanted to let you all know. :)

I'm on the national Do Not Call List and I still get calls on my cell phone from this idiot and from a credit consolidation service.  I suspect they are one and the same or at least share a database and tactics.

I receive 3-5 calls DAILY from this phone number: 813/387-0039 - however when I call back a recording states the number has been disconnected.

I have spent an hour googling any reference to this number to send a cease and desist letter to but have found nothing.

Please help by continuing to report this phone number for abuse!!
