Get a call from this number about once a week. No messages left. ID look up shows number associated with Sprint Spectrum L.P. out of Tampa, FL.
I conclude it is UNSOLICITED SEQUENTIAL ROBOT call (supposedly illegal).

813-391-3696 called my Cell Phone, and i missed the call, they didnt leave a message, but my caller ID says FLORIDA...

813-391-3686 is a missed call on my cell which is Verizon. It came on September 4, 2008, at 7:54 PM. When I returned the call I got a "no such number" recording. I'll take the advice of others and put myself on the do not call and notify Verizon.

Well I can see it is time once more to lay to rest how telemarketers are get peoples cell phone numbers.

First, more than likely you are either on some pre-paid cellular phone or one of those plans that are very restrictive on minutes, but here is what you have to do.

1.) Place your cellular number on the National Do-Not Call Registry.

2.) Send your cellular provider a certified letter demanding that they omit your telephone number from their database that they sell to marketing companies.

3.) Report repeat calls to your local law enforcement and lodge a complaint with your states attorney general, provide them with a detailed list of numbers recorded in your caller ID, times and dates of calls, and for those very annoying calls, answer one and take the time to listen very carefully to what they are selling and for whom they are selling it for, like a company name, this will usually allow investigators to pinpoint the source of the annoying phone calls and manage to get some money out of them in the way of fines and penalties.

This has not only worked for several but actually resulted in the cellular company having to render free additional minutes to the annoyed party and in two instances pending litigation which may result in financial reward.

Wow, Michelle, TWO calls in a few weeks and you are "so pissed".  Take your meds and calm down a little bit.  So it's a telemarketer...no big deal...take a deep breath and relax.

Called my 12 year old's cell which is only used for family. How do they get these numbers - I know you can buy lists and such and my suggestion would be to add your number to the National and State "Do Not Call" Registry and then if they call again....Oh, we use a pre-paid AT&T phone so I was just wondering if they are targeting any particular carrier?

I called it back, message responed, "the number you have called us incorrect"!  Area code shows it is a Tampa, FL #. I thought is was family and the only reason I called back. What is the point?

Several people call me every sunday at 10:10 PM or so, and say nothing, then hang up. Tonight someone actually spoke to me and told me someone is on a chat room asking people to call me.
