this number and many other numbers they use to call needs to be reported.  Scammers for State Troopers  donations, very pushy and rude.    If I let go to voice mail they hang up.  Very annoying and they don't follow NO CALL from Govt List.   First call from them came from West Palm Beach.

No message.  When you call the number you get either a message telling you to call back on the number they called from (did). Or asking you to leave a message for them when you don't know who they are????. Ridiculous.  Identify yourself or forget calling!

They want you to give them money so they can pay lawyers to keep them out of prison for violating you and your children's rights,and even killing unarmed children.

And if it's not the police,DON'T expect the police to go and arrest phone scammers posing as police on the phone,because that would indicate the police methods of begging for money on the phone GROOMS ELDERLY AMERICANS TO BE VICTIMIZED BY PHONE SCAMMERS.

Called by 813-413-4999 on 12/9/13 at 9pm. Message said 'please hold' , yeah right I will. From the number of people who post they called it back and it was Fl State Troopers it looks like this WCS scam is spoofing caller ID. Oh well, I blocked the area code and exchange on my Digitone. Also tonite I blocked all of 518 and 214.
I think I should block all area codes except my own but you do get the occasional important call from somewhere. OTOH, I always think if it's important they will know my mailing address and can send me a letter, no?

just called me @ 9pm and woke up my 4 kids, seriously pissed. i am on the DNC list, didn't answer since I was dealing with the kids and they left no message. Caller id came up as WCS.

Any call from redneck Seffner Florida just east of Tampa you should never answer because no good will come of it.  Scam, scum, or bum that's the big 3 from this wasteland.

Caller ID says Seffner FL. No message left on machine.

Call came in on Monday, 10/14/13 at 8:38pm.  Answering machine picked
up and caller disconnected.  The caller ID just had the phone number
and " WCS".

I called back the number and someone answered. This is for the Florida State Troopers. I do not mind supporting this but not in this manner so I told him I was hanging up and hung up.

Phone rang and when answering machine responded, caller hung-up.

Caller disconnected as well.
