This is an illegal call from Life Watch USA. Their address is 266 Merrick Rd. Suite 104, Lynbrook, NY 11563. Their phone number is 866-447-3987. Do not contact them. Report their criminal robo-calls to the FTC: 888-225-5322 or go to: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints They hide behind a fake caller ID, lie about the company name saying that it is "Senior Care Alert", deceive seniors into thinking they are getting something free. The $3000.00 on grocery coupons are a rip off. Seniors have to create an account, select coupons, pay 10% face value for the coupons, and an additional $.75 per batch of coupons. These are bad guys and must be brought to justice.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

I would never do business with this company, even if I liked the product (medical alert).  They have called nine time in five days...to the point of harassment.In fact, after I finish this message I'm contacting the BBB. But judging from the long list of complaints this has probably been done many times.  I feel sorry for the elderly population that "they" get a hold of.

I have no idea how this company obtained my cell phone number but in the last two days, I've received 14 calls from them.  They leave no message, just keep calling over & over again! Annoying to say the least!

Somome from this calls my number everyday.  When I answer I get nothoing. They do not leave a message, they will just keep calling.

Since 12/12/ I have received 11 calls from TNI Management, with 6 of them so far today. They leave no message.   I have not answered any of them but I might just finally answer one of them just to see what it is all about.  I'm sick and tired of getting those calls though.

Lifewatch Medical Alert System for seniors or disabled persons - sales dept. This was NOT a spam call in my case. They ask a lot of personal and MEDICAL questions. I would not recommend answering any questions like this until you are sure you are going to buy the system, so they can use it to alert EMS to your condition should you be unable to speak for yourself.

Received a call and "voice mail" message from them, and the woman babbled on about insurance rates. I ignored it as I do with all such calls.

Two calls yesterday- two so far today- have not answered any- received a message that makes no sense to me in that it bears no relation to anything I have an interest in.  How do I get these annoying calls to stop?

The number is for Life Monitoring, which can be found online.  If you go to their wall and post that you want them to stop calling you, they will, especially if you let them know youhave reported them.

I don't know who the company was, they wanted my credit card number to complete the service. I'm sorry I gave all my info. and family numbers.

This is a company that calls itself TBDSL-OPEN  If you call them back you get dead air. I let my machine pick up several times they hang up. I looked this up and found a site that said it's a scam involving stealing credit card numbers. I answered today. A woman kept asking for a person that does not live here. I shouted over her saying this is a scam and I have reported you. Next step I am reporting you to the police. She kept right on trying to talk over me until finally she said have a nice day and hung up.

I went online and requested information for LIFE ALERT, it required a phone number. That was yesterday and now these people are calling me! I never answer my phone unless I know who it is.. so they are just wasting their time!
The companies think they are smart by putting un meaningful names as their company name, but guess what... I don't know you.. I don't answer !

I got a call from this number. They identified themselves as Lifestation.

Strange calls at odd hours.  No message is ever left.  We figure it is some sort of telemarketing scheme.

Three or four calls a day.  I do not answer.  Have no idea who they are.

Got an automated call around 1000 US-East from American LIfe Monitoring,
altho' we have been on the national Do Not Call list for years.
No option to refuse the call was offered by the recording. It ended up with
a statement to 'stay near the phone, a representative will call you soon.'

At 1610 US-East, I got a call, first caller was a woman who used a slightly
different company name: "Life Monitoring {something or other". She
had a pitch ready to go. I interrupted and asked how they got my number.
She immediately said she would check and put me on hold. After a minute
or so, a man came on who said he was "Alberto Furman". He asked if I had
pressed {something} that I did not want to receive the call. I explained that no
option to refuse it was offered, and asked how they got my number. He said
maybe someone referred me. (That's unlikely.)

In any case, he said he was immediately putting my number on the company's
internal list of "do not call" numbers. He was open about giving me his name and
the 813 - 413 number on this thread.

Stephanie from Am Life Monitoring - second call from this company this week - they called me from a 603-214-3679 on Feb 15th at 8:23 am PST.  Going to:  https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ to file a formal complaint - please do the same.

Woman called from this number asking for one "Alden Hall". when i told her I was not he, she politely apologized and hung up. When I reversed searched the number it was registered to TBDSL, which I assumed was Tampa Bay DSL. I called the TBDSL customer service and reported the number to the operator, who said they'd work on it.

six calls to me already today and they leave no message.  It is only 2:55pm.

On my caller ID it comes up as follows: TBDSL-OPEN 813-413-9024 I reported them to the do not call registry. They call my house repeatedly and hang up on the machine. I answered today and a woman kept trying to talk over me asking for someone I never heard of. I looked this up online and found that this is some sort of scam where they try to get your credit card number. I told her I am reporting you to the police over and over then finally said hung up saying have a nice day.
