Got a call from this number today and spoke with a Leonard. He claims I had issued a check in the amount of $1000, but they were only asking for $769.00. I was told if I didn't have the money by a certain time today, that there was a warrant out for my arrest and it would be considered a felony. Went into panic mode, since I did recall taking out a loan back in 2007, but I thought I had cleared everything. Just to make sure, verified with the Sheriff's office and the court to see whteher or not there was a case filed against me. Turns out there is nothing in the system pertaining to me. This is a scam folks!!!!  Don't fall for it!! Also, these people are very rude to talk to..

Got a call from Leonard saying I wrote a check for a pay-day loan back in 2009. He verified who I was by saying my DOB & SSN and I confirmed. Then he proceeded to say I owed $1,276.25 for the check, fees and restitution. They say they have me on camera, my check, my thumb print from the contract and the bounced check.He says since I have no criminal record, they are giving me a chance to pay so it will go away. He transfers me to his his supervisor and he explains the same thing. If I don't pay, they will call the local authorities and get a warrant for my arrest.They said the branch was in my city (which is not true) because the only one I did ever use was 30min away out of town. I cannot find the name of the company in the White Pages or on Google. The number is from Florida. Name of company they stated: Adjusted Mediation.
I would think, if a pay-day loan wanted to file charges, I would have the local authorities at my door long before this caller did. I'm not falling for it and neither should you.

also know that depending on your state the statute of limitations is may be up and they have no legal right to collect on that.

I got a call from 813-414-5435 from a guy named Leonard stating I owe money for a payday loan dated back in 2009 and that they were issuing a warrant for my arrest for felony fraud because I have not paid this. He transferred me to a guy named Joe Knox, he said he was my compliance officer handling my case. He said if I didn't pay what I owe now for penalties and damages by 1:00pm there would be a sheriff at my house to arrest me. He said I would do 90 days in jail, see a judge if convicted would get 1 to 5 years. This scared the hell out of me and I went into panic mode as you can imagine. Not sure what to do, I called my father he said this sounds like a scam, sounds like a collection agency doing what they need to do to get the money collected. He called his local police dept. on my behalf, they said this agency cannot arrest me for felony fraud this is a small claim, the most they can do is take me to small claims court to resolve issue. They cannot issue a warrant for me this is not a felony because money owed is under $1000.00. I called Joe Knox back and told him I found out information about  what he can actually do to me, he hung up on me. Rest assured I know my rights and I have nothing to worry about. Also he gave information about me without verifying who I was, all I said was my name.

A man name Mark Kinsley called looking for my brother. When I told him I hadn't talked to him in awhile, he asked me "IS HE ON THE RUN?" I was horrified at the question and wondered What the Heck? So then he goes into something about fraud and an arrest and he never even confirmed WHO I was or what number he was calling.

Was contacted by 813-414-5435, wanting my sister, saying she was under arrest for Felony Fraud, she needed to get in touch with them ASAP cause they were going to arrest her.....I was listed as person to contact.....SCAM.....my sister spoke with her Attorney about this....His name was Matt Kensley....

I was contacted by a Fred Covefield, twice, trying to get information about my sister. Both times I told him I had cut her out of my life in 2007. Today he was even using the scare tactic that I was lying about her not being at my home stated she had been seen out side of my home a couple days ago. And she had Federal Warrents out on her, and he could she the Federal Marshall's to my home. I told him he was welcome to do so since I was not lying to him. He hung up

Got a call from 813-414-5435. They left a message on the phone that said there was a series of allegations against Ruth Lee, my wife, in the state of Texas. Don't fall for this s***, it's just a collection company trying to collect debts older than dirt....SCAM ALERT!!

Got a message from this number stating that I was a point of contact for a person of interest, who is my husbands ex stepmother.  The woman and his father had been divorced over 16 years.  Obviously a scam company...

They are continueous calling leaving harassing statements at my job per my Boss, several friends and I need to know who these people are.  They said I received documentation in mail, which I did not or I would have it in my persons, but my boss said there getting out of control.

Got a call from this number and was told my spouse wrote a bunch of bad checks, we haven't had a checking account for 4 years, when I said this the person on the other end side my spouse was lying to me and most likely writing checks for stuff for a girlfriend. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she transferred me to some guy named Anthony. He called me stupid, sweetheart and said my husband is going to jail for fraud then hung up on me.

Called stating I owed money from 2007, and I don't recall at all nor it's not on my credit report.  They have so many numbers calling me people I can't even understand like from India numbers are below.  Please help stop these jerks..
