yes sue them too! take the phone recordings to court
and let a Judge hear it too.
Save the tapes for later, maybe one day long after
they have forgot about this, they might have a serious boyfriend
or get married, then send copies of this to their boyfriend
or Husband. it should cause loads of trouble even 5 to 10 years later,
because the boyfriend/husband might think the calls are recent,
not knowing the date and all. milk this for all its worth!
years later it could come back to bite them!

well Duh! tape every call on the answering machine
let the cops hear it and press charges.
this is easy, it should be obvious! get them!
file charges, sue them too.

I actually know who this caller is, but I have never met her.  Her and friend keep calling my husband leaving suggestive messages (discussing their wardrobe, etc.)  I already told them once to stop, and they keep calling.  I told them once again to never call my family.  If they do, is that considered harrassment?
