Have had 2 calls on my answering machine that showed an open line and some background noise, but no message is left.

Received 9 calls from 813-436-2269 over the past 2 weeks.  They never leave a message.  When I call it back with my Caller ID blocked, a recording says it is an outbound number for Brighthouse Networks and the call "requires no action on your part"... then gives a separate phone number to call if you require assistance.  I'm currently a Brighthouse customer for Basic Cable and Internet (NO special channels, NO phone service).  My guess is that it's probably just the folks at Brighthouse trying to upsell current customers. ;-)

got a call from, (813) 436-2269, a number not known to myself. no msg were left. worst of all, whoever called did so in the early morning and woke me from sleep...not cool

Call came from 813-889-7005, 3rd call this week likethis. Owen was the person's name and wanted to give us a vacation in Pigeon Forge, TN. We live 20 miles away. Big deal.

I just received a phone call from this number 813-436-2269.  I called back and it was Brighthouse.  Brighthouse usually calls my cell if there is a UFC fight coming up that I might want to order or something to that affect.

Bright House just called and when I answered the phone, nothing! Reading messages from as long as two years ago, Iooks they have learned nothing.

I keep receiving this auto call from 813-436-2269. I cant stop it. Im sick of it & someone better do something about it or i will.

Its Bright House calling to see if your problem is fixed.  I had a major internet connection problem.  It took 2 days for them to fix it.  Now that same call is coming to me.  I answer every time but get no reply.  Its supposed to ask you if you are satisfied with your repair or something like that.  The auto-system has bugs.. I have not figured out how to stop it..

I just received the phone call from 813-436-2269 as well. It is a Bright House phone number and does not except incoming phone calls.  When they ask you to do the survery always say no but still get the calls.... GO FIGURE

i got a call from this number...it was silent at first and then started playing christmas music in the phone.

I just got a call from this number. I heard some background noise..almost like someone had accidentally dialed my number from their cell phone and didnt know their phone was on.

I am on the "no call list".  I repeatedly get calls from 813-436-2269.  They have called as early as 8 AM.  They either hang up before I can pick up the phone, or they are silent once I do pick up phone. I currently have Brighthouse for my TV so I don't under stand why they keep calling.  My phone service is with Verizon, and when I called to complain to them, I was told they can do nothing about.

I received two calls from this number this morning. I use to be a brighthouse customer over a year ago. Account is paid in full and turned in all my equipment over a month before I moved to Atlanta. So, not sure why they would be calling me. But, same as the other callers, it never leaves a message.

It says no response in necessary. Some type of survey with Brighthouse. And no, I don't know how to stop it. I have rec'd calls from this number on my cell phone for about 3-4 months now.

I get calls from 813-436-2269 at least four times every day....ON MY CELL PHONE!  While it does not surprise me that it's Bright House, it does get QUITE annoying.  I've had something like this happen in the past with Bright House, and I actually had to curse four reps and a supervisor out to get them to stop calling my cell phone in excess of eight times per day.  There is something to be said for "rabbit ears".

I think it might be an automatic survey based on having reported a problem or contacted them in some way.  I reported my cable was out and got a call from this number a 1/2 hour later.

I also received several calls from this number and there was no one on the line when I picked up. I call Brighthouse, and they said they would take me off the call list but it might take up to two weeks. Amazing.

I have 6 calls from this # dating back to november. I suggest not answering, it's not a huge bother. However, I'm sure one could end the calls by contacting bright house customer service.

every call I had answered from this # was bright house automated telemarketing.

They just called me today too.  I don't owe Bright House money and I don't have cable anymore. They're probably trying to get more business from previous clients because of Verizon Fios.  I didn't answer it because I am working but I am pretty sure they are trying to market their product because Fios has become so big lately and they assume you left for another company... My assumption.

Has anyone found a way to stop them from calling? I cancelled my account with them 6 months ago and paid in full when I turned my box in. They just started calling.

For the past 10 months I have been getting calls from 813-436-2269.I have a recorder on the phone to screen my calls. The calling party listens to part of the recording message, asking to leave a message or number for me call back.I then so the *69 on the phone and the above # is given to me. How can I STOP this calling????? Please help I am at my wits-end. Thanks LaLa

got call from this number today and no one was there and i do not owe any money to brighthouse. they need to fix this and stop making so many people very unhappy.

Am getting the calls. My service with Brighthouse is paid for in advance so it cannot be a collection call - impossible or service would have been disconnected automatically. Regardless I know my bill has been paid.

If you got a call from that number - you owe BrightHouseNetworks money - pay up suckers.

I agree - I called it back, too.  Bright House Networks auto caller.  Doesn't receive incoming calls.
