calls a lot, no message on voicemail. I believe it is seeking donations for police.

I get numerous calls from these people. I have caller ID so I do not pick up. In fact I never pick up the phone anymore I let voice mail take it. Family can reach me on my cell in emergencies and a few others have the number.

They call me constantly all different times of the day.  They say they don't ask for donations but they want you to buy magazines.  I told them I'm not interested and they continue to call.  What a PITA they are.  The number appears as Maxweel Interac. 813-4410704

Had this number call my house(mid day) 813 441-0701 looking for my H. When I asked who was calling and then asked if it was a solicitation and if so take our number off of your list, he got really rude tried to make it seem like I was the rude one for even asking. Then said well if you dont want our business...i said NO not with that attitude. So they are rude and liars too.

We no longer answer calls that show FOP or Out of the Area with no number on our Caller ID but in the past have REPEATEDLY told them to remove our number from their calling list.  They are not supposed to call after they have been told not to.

i get calls from 813-441-0707 and they either don't say anything, or they ask for people i never heard of and they still keep calling.

SOMEBODY FROM THIS NUMBER 813-441-0701 KEEP ON CALLING MY HOUSE AND VERY AGREESIVE AND NASTY.TOLD HIM TO TAKE MY NUMBER OFF THE LIST AND HE SAID NO LIST AND I TOLD HIM TO STOP CALLING MY HOSE AND HE SAID HE WILL KEEP ON CALLING. HOW CAN I STOP THIS MAN FROM CALLING?

They and FLHPC call at least once a day, but I never pick up--I'm curious since several people here have said these are calls seeking donations for law enforcement officers.  Is it really for law enforcement, or is this something like the Police Benevolence associations where they make it sound like you're giving to law enforcement but in reality you're giving to the union?  I'm assuming the latter--taxes, not donations, pay for law enforcement.

Yeah, I've been getting a lot of these calls lately also. Probably because I have donated to the Highway Patrol in the past. I usually get a call once a year asking if I would like to make another donation and they are so nice and offer me gifts (including a sticker to put in your rear windshield that gets you out of a lot of tickets) so I oblige, but this is something different. This isn't actually a law enfocement agency, it's a telemarkerter working for a law enforcement agency so they they will bug the hell out of you. They have nothing better to do and it's their job to hassle people endlessly until they either make a donation, block the number, or threaten legal action. I guess the law enforcement has handed over the donation collection service to the telemarketers to try to get more donations since times are rough right now. Best thing to do is never pick up in the first place because if you don't pick up they will call once a day, maybe a couple times at the most. But if you do pick, even if you make it crystal clear that you will not be making a donation, they will then continue to call endlessly. I guess they get some people to give in and donate like that. It's sad to see what the economy is doing to businesses.

must have received 7 calls in a row.  Once I did finally talk to them, the gentleman was nice to get me to donate, but when I explained SEVERAL times that I could not afford anything due to losing job and not able to pay mortgage, he became rude and then asked again, when I said I could not, he just hung up....I will NEVER donate again!!!  Florida Law enforcement...you need to get rid of these people....

It's solicitation for a donation but they are not "NON-PROFIT" it's a scam.
I'm out of work and they pressure me so much I hung up!It's not fair to make me feel like I owe them something when my tax money already goes to their salaries and pension and everything else.

I think it's florida law enforcement officers asking for money.  They will continue to call overe and over.  God forbid you give them a dime, then they will call even more.  I hate them and yell at them everytime!

yeah I hear ya, I keep getting calls from 8134410700 and caller id is FLLEO which supposedly is fla. law enforcement...never leaving a message but yeah they up to 4 or more times a day...ridiculous..

They call every evening and last night they called 3x every 10 or so minutes. I have placed this number as well as about 15 other numbers on my call block list so now my phone rings only once when they call.
