I got a call from the same number, claiming to be GE Capital as well - same details about the vanilla card. His name was Adam and he was very persistent in trying to talk me into the loan. Said for me to call him back when I got to Walgreens and he'd tell me which card to buy and how to load it. Luckily I didn't!

They are calling amount a payday loan, Say that I am approved & that they are GE Capital Bank,But they want $100.00 upfront! Saying that you need to load it on a Vanilla reload card and call them back, John Hudson was the name in an Indian voice, Felt like I was talking to Dell! They need to be reported they are calling from New York & Florida! Block the number & they call from another one from what appears to be another state! Big A** SCAM!

Stop calling me you non-american garbage. I don't know this person you are calling for, you can't even pronounce a simple name right, and i never applied for any e-loan. Get a clue if they don't call back. They are blowing up my phone using 20 different numbers, but always the same crappy Indian voice

If you have to pay any money upfront to get a loan - it's a scam. It's illegal in the US to pay money to get a loan.
