These folks call and say I owe for some internet loan I got over a year ago.  Insist that they're coming to my place of work with an attorney.  No such loan ever happened and I told them so and if they thought they had something on me to bring it on.  They first said it was 400, then 350.  When I said it didn't go into my account then they were all about how they might have sent a check or debit card.

Total liars, I believe.  They're supposed to have their legal team come to my workplace in a week.  We'll see who shows besides me.  My opinion is that they bought my information from someone I had a loan with and are trying to scam me.

I also have been recieving calls from these morons, going by the name of SHAUN WATSON and SCOTT NICHOLSON. Both of these men have very thick heavy middle eastern accents. They are full of crap and need to be taken to task for the way they speak to people and scare the crap out of them. BEWARE OF THE SCAM. DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO. They wanted me to fax auth letter along with a copy of my drivers licence. I told them to go get f**ked and hung up on them. They will use the line " wish you luck as things unfold on you"

Update:  So "Lincoln Parker" called me back again and this time I had my husband answer.  They exchanged words and Lincoln called my husband a b*stard and hung on him.  He then called right back and I answered.  After I gave him a piece of my mind, he called me a b*tch and a sl*t and told me that he has all my personal information and that I am "screwed".  He even began speaking in sexual innuendos to me.  I have reported them to my local police, the Attorney General, and the FBI.  I made it clear to him that I am contacting every agency I can think of but he was not dissuaded.  Luckily I work for a family business and all my coworkers are on notice to take precautions if he calls my work # which so far he has not.  Good luck to anyone who has to deal with these people!

I, too, received one of these phone calls on my job.   He left me a message.   I didn't call back.  Said there was a lawsuit against my SS#.   Whatever.

I received a call from 813-527-3623 today and the guy left a message.  He had a very thick Indian accent and said his name is Lincoln Parker.  He said on the message that I have 3 claims against my SSN and that I needed to call him back ASAP so he could "help me figure this out".  I had my mother call the number back and when she asked them where they were calling from, they hung up on her.  She called them back and asked again where they were calling from.  They finally told her ACS, but wouldn't tell her anything else and up on her.  Be very careful with these people!  I am definitely going to report them to the Attorney General's office.

I also received a call last night stating there was a lawsuit against me and my social security number. He asked me if I would like to settle or I would have to go to court. I started getting angry and told him I did not receive one piece of paper in the mail stating I owed them money. I said once I get the paperwork in the mail I will give all the information to my pre-paid lawer. He didn't say much after that. He had a foreign accent........A couple days ago, I received a text from someone else and called the number (they said I could get a free $50.00 gift card. When I called the number, they asked for my check card information. BE CAREFUL everyone!! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OUT TO THESE LOSERS!!!! I am getting very frusterated!! :/

I got a call last week and told them to give me the information they wouldn't give me anything and said I will just be sued and arrested if I didn't show up to court or pay them $300. I told them I wouldn't pay anything they then hung up on me. So now today they called me at work when I googled the number it showed me this site. I called them back and told them everything that I have read and he told me it was my problem that I was going to screw up my life and I needed to stop calling them and go to H**L and hung up on me. What can I do to stop them from calling  me a t work? Does anyone know?

Got the same call on my cell phone, came up 000-000-0000. The name he used was Alan Reed. The same person called me before from a different number with a california area code. Same name was used. Do not give them any info. IT'S A SCAM !

Do not give any information to these people. It seems like they are calling from India. It is a scam. Question them once on their location and it will throw them off, tell them they are calling from India and they will tell you "believe what you want to believe" and they will ramble on.

They are trying to get your personal information as well as have you wire them money. They use numbers from several different area codes including 760.

just received a call from a phone # 813-527-3623, stating that i owe money from a debt. this company called  ACS is a scam all day. When the guy left a vm msg on my phone telling me his name is Stephen Butler  then at the end of the msg he told me Stephen Brown. telling me that i can be arrested that they will come to my house and my job. this is nothing but a scam....

I recieved 2 calls about 3 wks apart stating the same thing.Said his name was Max Peterson .When asked for the phone number & date of this debt that I owed he told me I don't have that information in this file.He gave me the number for 516-204-4232.Then when I asked him tofax the papers for me he said he didn't have any of those either.Very freaky..

These people are full of crap.  Some guy named James Morgan who has an India type of accent says that I was a guarantor of a friend of mine that applied for a loan.  She only listed me as a reference for the loan.  He left me a message saying that I would be in big trouble if I failed to return his phone call or if my friend did not contact him back asap.  FIRST OF ALL:  there is no legitimate company out there that threatens people.  Think about how businesses operate.  They will send you some type of legal action paperwork in the mail if they are truely going to try to force you to pay for something, or sue you.  Also, this ACS company never loaned my friend any money.  DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE.  They are SCAMMERS.

Oh my goodness. I just  got a call from them this morning and yesterday afternoon. I think i'm going to tell them a thing or two. My guy had a middle eastern accent as well and  his name was jason smith. Really! with a middle eastern accent, jason smith. Anyway, i'm in new york. Do i write the Attorney General's office in new york state?

I keep getting these calls today they were a collection agency.  The man I spoke w/ gave me a Steve Butler as a name.  He had a Middle Eastern accent needless to say I don't believe that was his real name.  He threatened to send an "investigation team" to my job.  I requested paperwork, which he would not agree to do.  He told me that if I did not want to resolve the problem then I would go to court.  My response was show me the proof or take me to court I was not going to cough up $235.  I just submitted a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Massachusetts.

You cannot be arrested for a debt, btw.

I received a phone call at work, two to three times a week from Nick Andrews, or Bobby.  The number  is 813-527-3623 they say that there is claim against my ss# and that I need to pay ASAP or there will be go to court and maybe arrested.  I have no knowledge of who ACS Law Firm and where they are located until I google the number.

THEY CALL RIGHT BACK AND PUT THEIR SURVICE ON THE PHONE ,I TOLD HIM GIVE ME THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND I WILL CALL THEM. HE GAVE ME 516-204-4232, HE ALSO SAID HE IN FLORIDA AND THEY HAVE A OFFICE HERE.

A man calling saying that someone has filled a claim against my ss # and his name is Kevin Brooks and he uses the name Jack Brown as well this is the last number I got it usually is 000-000-000 but they keep changing their name and saying I need to call asap or I will be arrested.
