Please be aware they can get your check and clean out your account. Also if you are on the national do not call list they should not be soliciting to your number. I mentioned this and he abruptly said "I will F%&cking call you again next year" and hung up. I reported this number to the Sheriff's Office and State and they have no such record of this number associated to anything they do.

i got a call from this numnber and this is a marketing company raising money for florida police kids athletic league. when i said that i was broke and could not contribute the guy on the phone insulted me and hung up. the number is private and carried by paetec communications.

They call everyday. Caller ID shows up Tampa Centra, Fl. I try to call back but it sayd "due to network difficulties, your call can not be completed". Real annoying!

My guess is the caller is an employee of Verizon in Tampa.

yeah, these jerks keep callin me too, like was said before ( Florida police kids athletic league) but they said to me that they were raising funds for central Florida Police that were injured on duty, Maybe it's legit but most likely not.

Same story as everyone, I'm on the east coast of FL. Twice last night, first time I picked up and got silence, an hour later, called again, let it go to voicemail, never left a message.

This number keeps appearing on my caller id....never leaves a message.

Asking for someone by name stating they are calling from the Florida Police Department. Claims his name is "Nick Schews" Weird funny voice. Doesn not want to leave a message. 5pm. Phone rings several times a day but we never pick it up due to us using our cells.

I've been getting this call every day for about a week. It drives me nuts. I'm in St. Augustine. I tried calling back, using the *67 call masking, and all I get is a busy signal.

Somebody mentioned the Police Athletic League? Well, I do seem to recall getting a call from some Florida Highway Patrol Support looking for a donation a while back and I kind of blew them off. I wonder if this is tied to that.

I'm on the no-call list, but I guess they don't care.

I've been getting calls from this number.  I picked up today out of curiosity and the guy asked for me by my last name.  When I told him I wasn't home and asked if he wanted to leave a message, he said he'd call back.  Well, he can call back all he wants but I won't be answering.  All I have to say is thank goodness for caller id!

Received several calls this evening from this number starting at 6:00 p.m. and going until 9:00 p.m.  no answer, I let the answering machine pick it up and nothing.  Don't know if this helps but I live in Homestead, FL

10:30 the guy called said hello and my wifes name.Soon as I say respond he hangs up.very irritating.

They have been calling since July 30. The guy who called, noted they are raising money for florida police kids athletic league. I tell them I was roaming outside USA and he excused. Now a lady is making the calls. Tried making a reverse look up without success.

Receive numerous calls from this number daily. Never pick up, they don't leave message but call constantly. Will report if this molestation does not stop!  They should be locked up since they got nothing else to do but bother us.

Received a call from these people @6:38pm 8/2/2007.They said my name over and over and hung up on me.I called the number back and got a recording that said Due to network difficulties your call can not be completed at this time.

Received one call from this number yesterday afternoon. The answering machine picked it up and there was no message. I thought I should look for it over the internet because I'm looking for a job and sending a lot of resumes. I thought it might be from a company or something like that.

Recieved call at 5:32pm, 1 Aug.  Got dial tone by the time I reached phone.  Tried to call back and got recorded message saying systems down, please try your call later.  After reading responses here, I'll let this one die a natural death.

person called about 8:45pm tonight. I heard phone chatter in the back ground. I said hello, hello, hello, and no response. Hopefully just some lonely person longing to hear the sound of another human with a life.

Called me in St. Augustine and some womam  asked for me by name according to my wife and would not discuss anything with her--just stated she needed to talk to me! I called back and got an answering machine with a guy identified as "Bill".

I would like to find a common link between all of us if there is one.  like do we live on the gulf coast or citrus county in beverlly hills??????
