really late posting this one, apologies...
I see I reported this one earlier, so this one is a 'repeat offender'...I did a bit more digging for info:
13 November 2013 @ 1434L the answering machine captured this call. They did not leave a message.
Caller ID showed blank field, that is [ ]. Never saw a blank field before this call.
phone detective.com shows this is a landline to a physical location in Tampa FL.
Whitepages.com Reverse look-up shows this is a landline, serviced by a Carrier Company called [InfoTelecom].

On 08 Nov 13 @ 1516L, received a called on my home phone, I didn't recognise the number, Caller ID showed [813-579-3635]....Did not pick it up, let it go to answering machine.
No message left on recorder. Just a hang-up.
Phone Detective website shows the number is a landline in Tampa FL.

The same here, but posting an incident doesn't do jack. I can't understand why this isn't actionable. It's freaking creepy. I'd like to shove the phone down one of these pricks' throats.
