why are you guys even entertaining all these other people talking positively about Chase don't you realize they are the representatives you been talking to on the phone....they're probably sitting in an expensive restaurant eating baby seal soup and texting this just for fun.......if you see the majority rules that chase sucks .......if it tastes like s***, smells like s*** its gonna be s***.if I was scolding you guys just seeing this text I would just say don't believe anything of what you read..unless you're sitting next to the writer..and even then?
mike 2014-07-01 01:34:09 Unknown
I would just say that they probably make a commission of getting the funds collected and how many calls they make so whether they get through or not it looks good on the call list of the people who fund that company.basically it's all b***s*** just to get money from the main company, and citizens pay for it.you ever wondered why chase came to LA out of New York..taxes fees and fines..dolla dolla bill y'all....chasing our tails just to keep a little bit of scraps

If I ever do get another car loan...won't be through chase. They are abusers and harassers!!!!!!
CindyS 2014-03-11 23:08:33 Debt Collector
Its Chase Auto Finance. They don't start calling until you are 20 days late on your car payment, no 1 day late. That's obsurd.

This person keps calling me but I don't know why I want them to stop
Ken 2014-01-15 19:27:39 Debt Collector
This is NOT Chase. People, be smart about it. If you are up on your bills, Chase does not call you like this. These people call themselves Chase Auto Finance, but this number is not associated with Chase. I get called quite often from these guys, but I don't, nor have ever, have any dealings with Chase.
If you give them any information you are running yourself head on into an identity theft.

Keep calling my number million times a day!
Big Hoss 2013-12-11 00:38:28 Debt Collector
if you have a loan with them and Bank with Chase your Branch can and will put a stop to it, you can even go on a no call list , they are not Chase Bank, they are only a company hired by chase to make less than perfect car loans.

Josh, I agree with the way you think , but unfortunately I don't have a choice on wether to finance a vehicle or not....... I wish I could pay for it out right or do without. Doesn't work in my case. I drive over 50 miles RT to work every day. They moved our office after working with them for 23 years. Use to only be about 2 miles from work. Can't let go of job because I'm way to close to being able to collect a pension. I have to have reliable wheels or I would probably own a car I could just outright buy. That would feel awesome!

I've been receiving these calls at various times of the day, you name it, they call. I receive voicemails lasting 0:01 seconds and they only hang up. Highly annoying. I called back as *67 and the auto thing stated it was Chase, I've got nothing with Chase, I can handle my money without these dumbass scam calls.

My question would be if you have 20k in the bank why was your car payment late?? Just sayin
dj15146 2013-08-01 13:49:55 Debt Collector
this is chase auto finance. If you are late more than 10 days past your due date, you will get 3-5 calls everyday till you pay. They are relentless and will ask you confirm ALL your contact information/ work info, cell, first born etc. They ask things that are already known to them in an effort to make sure they have means to track you down more fully. I tell them nothing has changed, and politely excuse myself from the call.
Sqbsnax 2013-06-25 16:49:55 Unknown
Thanks to my new fancy smartphone, I just set the number to be rejected when the call comes in.

Another call from Chase. I go online and schedule my payments. I have one scheduled now but they still pester me daily. I pay my bills according to when I get paid and schedule my payments monthly so they know when they are getting their money. Why constantly bug me? I think they use an outside service for these calls. It's annoying and unprofessional.
banke 2013-05-14 15:00:06 Unknown
just so you guys know, this number is a scam, it is not Chase, so I hope you did not give any information out.
banker 2013-05-14 14:56:08 Unknown

My mother co-signed for me on my Chase Auto loan. Somehow they got her work number and started calling her there when I lost valuable hours at work which in turn cut my pay, and got behind on the loan payment. She and I have asked them several times to remove that number from their records. They assured us both that they had. Just tonight, I signed up for their online banking, and the first phone number I see listed in my contact info, as the main contact number for me I might add, is my mothers work number. Like I said, they assured us it had been removed. I, myself, removed it from the contact info in the online banking, but who knows if it removed it from all the records they have on me. I get calls from several different states, sometimes in a days time. They have even taken money from her checking account, the problem being, they were talking to me on the phone, I had no idea they had her checking acct. info, and we both bank at Wells Fargo, so thinking it was my acct. I authorized the payment. She was nice about it, and let me pay her back, and asked them to remove her acct. from their records and told them that I could not authorize any payments from her acct. and if it happened again it would get ugly. A couple weeks later, they still had her acct. info on file. They are very shady. Their associates are trained to ask for your personal info with every phone call, even though nothing has changed, instead of helping the customer to get back on track. I'll never use them again.

I receive calls from this number at work.. AT WORK... And I've never been behind on my car payment, and neither has my husband.
I actually answered once and just left the headset on my desk. After nearly 5 minutes, someone answered and asked to speak to me. When I wouldn't provide my name, they hung up.
I'm guessing I can contact Chase and have my work number removed... Has anyone had trouble with this?
Thanks!

It is Chase Auto Finance

Robert is an insensitive moron but I'm sure he can't help it. Anyway, my sister was 12 days late on her Chase payment and they repo'd her car because she was late 3 times before (but never over 30 days). I am also a Chase Auto customer and make my payments online. Because my paydate was the day after the due date, I got 3 calls to my work from Chase asking me when will I make my payment. That is just bull$hit.
julie 2012-07-25 18:23:32 Unknown
No point of paying off a car if you get 3% interest or lower...why give all of that money upfront. A vehicle depreciates as soon as you drive it off the lot.
Marc 2012-06-13 18:54:44 Unknown
It's Chase Auto Finance
D 2012-06-08 14:20:20 Unknown
Thats a load of bull. I pay my bills on time and still get calls
Dude 2012-06-05 13:42:30 Unknown
It makes sense to have your 20K in the bank available and ready for an investment or an emergency than give it to a Bank to pay off an assest that depreciates that fast. Nothing takes the place of "cash on hand"
