This number is not a Matrix Telecom # I work there and did some research into it , turns out someone got some info mixed up, or possibly someone's ghosting this number. Be careful don't talk to people calling that you do not know !

NCO called the # and found out it is actually Matrix Telecom and the guys name is John..

Called into our business and verbally attacked one of my co workers. The caller called my coworker a bi*** and threatened her that he was sending police to our business. He was asking for a past employee and when my co worker told him she no longer worked for us, he made up several lies about speaking with the past employee last week. When we called him back asking for his supervisor - he told her there wasn't one and hung up on her. We called the company at 866-789-8808 and lodged a complaint. Not that it will help - but we tried!

Called looking for someone who does not live here and never has we only had our number treated my wife like a criminal when she told them that the person who they were looking for does not live here and said the cops were coming to our house when I called back to try to talk to their superior they at first acted like they never called but then started being a real jerk and said they had no suporvisors

Who are these people?
