Got a call from 813-627-4600.  Did not leave a message and I'm on the National Do Not Call List.

Had a missed call on my cell phone from this number but no message.  Called the number back and it's HSBC mortgage. I do not have an account with them.

They call and never leave a message, if they need to speak to me leave a darn message I dont why you are calling

Idiots keep calling.  I spoke to them several times and even elevated to a Manager.  Keep telling them not to call hut they keep calling.  Dont have a account with them.  Total Braindead IDIOTS!

just got the first phone call today... i've been getting calls from a 1800 number asking for the same person every single day ever since january and i hope this number wont do the same..they ask for somone and when they say you have the wrong number they will just call you back the next day and ask for the same person

I work for this company. It is HSBC Mortgage. I must remain annonymous due to my position. If you do not have a mortgage with them you need to call them back and tell them. They could be looking for someone who is connected to your phone number somehow.  Maybe someone who called from your number.  Or someone who owned that phone number before you did. Either way,  I can tell you they would much rather be calling a correct number.  They will most likely not leave a message because they are looking to speak with a live person who can respond.  A voice mail cannot.  If you would like them to stop calling permanently.. ask them for a fax number to send in a cease and desist letter.

this is a call that I am getting at all hours of the day and night on my cell phone....who is it?

I wish they would leave a message. I am at school all day and I am not about to give them my work number.

I received a call last night and told the caller they had the wrong number and just received a call again just now and told them the same thing. The calls are coming into my cell minutes so I hope this does not continue.  I called the number back and received a msg recording from HSBC.

HANG UP CALLS WITH NO MESSAGE

I keep getting calls on a company cell phone I recieved after a fellow employee quit last winter. They don't seem to understand it when I tell them that that this is a company phone and the person doesn't work here any more.

Calls my cell phone at least 2x a day.  Fortunately, I have never been able to talk to whoever is calling.

Caller ID says "HSBC." Called my work asking for a 'Micheal Grimes'. I told them we have no one with that name in our office, so I asked them if I could help them with anything- and the guy on the line goes, "No sorry, it's a personal matter. Sorry to bother you." And then hung up. Called right back again, then asking for a 'Sarah Grimes'. I told them no one in our office with the name, either.. then hung up. Anyway I think these people might be a BILL COLLECTOR.

we get calls from them at the beginning of each month for our mortgage payment which is not due till the end of each month,,we pay every month and not behind,,i feel this is harrasing us as they call every day,,we use to answer and tell them the bill is due later,,they do not care,,,i feel these people calling must get a commission for people who give in an pay that early,,they never leave a message on my answering machine,,they call at least 6 times a day,

i got a call from this number at 9:00 on a sunday night. i do not have a mortgage and rent my home.

This number called my cell.  I didnt recognize it and so i didnt answer.  I know my number is listed on the national do not call registry.

We have been receiving calls from 813-627-4600 and the caller ID reads HSBC. I do not answer calls from anyone I do not recognize, so I have not answered any of these calls. They let the phone ring about 3 times and hang up, so it never gets to my answering service. I finally looked up the number and found this site. I don't have any mortgages with them either and have nothing to do with this company.

Got a call from this number so I called it back, put in a bogus account number and finally got a rep.  He told me that it was for collections on a mortgage and that I would have to talk to customer service since I didn't have an account with them.  Got transferred and the man on the line wanted my ssn which I refused to give.  he then wanted to know about my mortgage.  Told him I had one with another agency but I paid it off 6 months ago.  Now he wants to look in his system with my addy to verify that they dont hold a lien.  Considering that my place is a farm and was purchased through Farm Credit Services, a federally subsidized agency, I knew they did not.  Get run around then wants to know about my vehicles.  I am actually paid ahead on those and not through them.  Rins lather repeat.  Finally get transferred to a lady who verifies my number and says she will remove it.  She was the only nice one in the group, but honestly, I wasnt very nice by them either.

Called for Ramone.  Told them they had the wrong number.  They confirmed my number, but I told them there was no Ramone at this number.  They called back a couple weeks later.

Have received numerous calls from this number, always asking for the same person. I keep telling them they have the wrong number, but they just keep calling. I have asked them to remove my number from the database as clearly this person has changed their number, but this does no good. I googled the number and it is HSBC mortgage services.

all they do is harass people you tell them they have the wrong number and they keep calling i also wish when calls come in and they are out of area that they be blocked from calling period

Got my first call yesterday and googled the number. Interesting that it is this company because I have reported them for harassment coming from two other numbers always calling for Jordan or Cheri Gasman. They don't leave messages, just call and call and call. From one of their numbers I was getting calls at least 6 times a day. Even when I called to have my number removed I would still get the calls.

Calling for Amy Jones 3-4 times a week.
