also got billed for this number,  has to do with somebody in jail calling, from jail or somebody out side jail using cell phone to hook you up as third party caller,to person in jail,these low lifes need to get a life,do the crime do the time leave the rest of us a lone.................................

I've received two calls from this number and the call resulted in additional charges to my phone bill.  They called twice. Last month something similar happened, but it was a local jail calling and caused almost $150 in charges on my phone bill.
