I got a call explaining that there could be an electric rate reduction for certain people.  When I expressed fake interest she asked how old the owner of the house was and when I told her, she said well at this moment they are only doing x year olds, next month they are doing y year olds and she said she would call me next month.  I asked her who she represented and she said she was not the federal government but her company got my number from the federal government and they were doing the calls through a federal government program.  She promised to send info before next month.  We will see.  I'm reporting it if I don't get convincing info.  I think they may be targeting seniors and she was disappointed to talk to me.  I called the number on the caller ID, it is not in service.

Just got called. No message left. ID showed Out Of Area.

I answered and there was a woman who first asked me if I was the owner of the house. When I answer yes she insisted in having someone over my house to explain to me how I could receive 6000 dollars from the government in any remodeling I want to do in my house. Is it regarding solar heating? I asked . Not only that she answered but also electric bills , solar heating or any remodeling you want to do in your house.
I told her to explain me what was this regarding to but she said only personally. Asked for my address and if someone would be at  home from 5 to 7 PM. I told her if she could not send me information through the mail or email or explain through the telephone, I wouldn't receive anyone in my home. She then hang up.

Has called me on my home phone atleast 15 times in the past 7 days. They never leave a message. I asked them to stop calling me as I am on the Do not call List. Caller ID states Plant City, Fl. Over it.

This one shows up on Caller ID as unknown and calls at least one time a day.  The caller never leaves a message.  It's getting to be a pian.

Repeated call from this number.  I am on the do nopt call reqistry.

They don't seem to care what time they call or how many times. I've gotten to the point I let the answering machine answer for me.

Same response as TADICK.  I said hello twice, no answer.  I hung up within seconds.

Returned  call was told the # had been disconnected

I keep getting called also.....nobody there when I pick up. My rule of thumb is, if I say hi once or twice and nobody acknowledges, it's not a "personal call".....it's something "bad" (solicitor, robo call machine).....I hang up if nobody says something within literally 1-2 secs
