I had the same thing happen.  This number showed up on my cell phone, it seems to be registered in Tampa, FL, and is a land line, but when I called it, I got the same "we're sorry the number you have reached has been . . . " message.

Number comes up on my cell phone. I call back instantly, it says "we're sorry the number you have reached has been disconnected or is no loner in service" Scumbags...
