On November 13, 2012, I got a call from this number. In cross-checking the number with other complaint sites, I learned that this is connected with a "USA Mastercard Sweepstakes" and something called the "NRS", which is in either Virginia Beach, VA, or Tampa, FL. It was reported that this company, whoever it really is, has an "F" rating from the BBB.

They called me seven times in one day! I was at school and in the middle of class. I made the mistake of entering it I guess at a Ford dealerships' website. I wonder if that is where they got my information?

I also signed up for the publishers clearing house sweepstakes... perhaps we have an answer?

I recieved the phone call today, when I tried to explain my not being able to afford an extra 20 dollars a month for magazines she banged the phone a couple of times and then hung up.  HAHA.

The conversation began with me asking her right from the beginning "what do I have to buy"?  "No, no ha ha ha", she said.  "This is not a scam, You already might be the winner of 1 million dollars"! "How does that sound, Sweety"?  It all went down hill from there. Anyways, the guy on page one has some good advice for this problem.

I also signed up for the publishers clearing house sweepstakes. I am positive that the calls are related to that. (I am sure there are other sources too.)

They have called 2 times today. The first time I was in bed. The second my husband answered and they told him that it was urgent that they talk to me. There was the same talk about winning magazines, a diamond watch and being in the run for $1 million dollars....blah, blah, blah. He keep congratulating on my "wonderful winnings"....etc. I let him talk for awhile then I finally said that I was busying doing other things and hung up. We will see if they call back.....cause now I am pissed. I hate when you sign up for one thing then my private number is being spammed. I wish that the Feds were harder on these creeps.

Please.....nobody confirm your credit card numbers with them. They don't already have it. They are taking a guess that you even have a card. Like 80% of people have a visa or mastercard. (Even if not a credit card....like your checking card) The whole point in them calling is to get that information from you and then they can put all those bogus charges on your card ranging from $80 to $1583. I have read tons of horror story people have posted online about this "company" and the huge amounts of money that they have stolen from people. Be Careful!

Yep.....knew this would be happening. They called again about 7:00 PM (that makes 3 times today that they called) And what do you know, I was sitting down, saying Grace, about to eat. (Perfect timing) Anyways, I went out of my way to answer the phone. The Guy went into his speech about me winning blah blah blah....Then I yelled into the phone, "Hey buddy, tell your company not to call my phone anymore....ok? This is the 3rd time that I "GOT LUCKY" and won your stupid scam prize. I am reporting you to the NC DO NOT CALL, BBB, ......" he sounded dumbfounded and hung up on me before I could give him the rest of my high-horse speech.  (Keep in mind that I was pissed early because of the calls but now these a$$holes are calling me for a third time while my family is trying to eat)

Anyways, I bet that my little rampage did nothing to stop/slow them....I am sure that I am still on their active call list. Ugh!

Destroy them. This number and several other numbers have been spamming my cell phone despite the fact that it is on the national no call list.

When I ask them how they got my contact information, they say "You filled in an online form." It is a lie. What people will do for money.

Make them miserable.

Have no mercy.

Reported to the BBB. They call me at least 5 times per day. Everytime I say I'm not interested they tell me they have my credit card info & address. Every time I tell them to take me off their calling list I get hung up on & no more than an hour later get another call from them. No clue where they got any of my info. If I get one more call I'm filing a police report. (called their 800 number & said take me off your list)

Report them to the BBC

For the guy that posted the omnipresent systems website, that has nothing to do with them, and that isn't their address.

As stated,

4532 W Kennedy Blvd Ste 303
Tampa, FL 33609-2042

PHONE:
800 264-4380

I do recommend filing a complaint on them w/ the bbb & ftc.
Call their 1800 number above to complain & ask to be taken off their list.

Now, I see everyone posting here, what I don't see is reasons they may call you. I personally filled out surveys for a website, fusioncash. I never gave my number out to any companies until then. The next day after I did some surveys is when the call started. Can anyone relate? I believe it was a scam somewhere w/ a survey, & that's how they received my personal info.

this number is getting smarter, they had shown up as unavailable a few times on my cell phone.  today i was actually dumb enough to pick it up and they made it sound like i had won a scholarship, but as soon as they asked if i still used these certain credit cards, i hung up and then googled this, and put my number on the do not call registry.

This number calls me at least 3 times a day. They ask for my boyfriend. I dont live with him and he has never given out my number. SO how in the heck did they get my number and asking for him? I'm not sure, but it is rather annoying. i got a call yesterday and a girl answered and she said her name is shannon. My boyfriend does not know a shannon nor does his family. So, im not quite sure what the heck is going on here.

This is a scam! I just got a call this morning from this number.  They said they were from Florida and that I had been entered into some sweepstakes and that I was receiving 3 magazines for free. They said that I had the option of choosing my 4th free magazine, so I chose a random one, and coincidentally it was one that I had to pay one payment of $4.60 for.  They already knew my name, address, and telephone number, but after I stupidly gave them my credit card number (for the $4.60 fee), they said that they were actually charging me $4.60 each week, and they would help make it simple by charging one single payment of $80 a year. I said that I didn't want their services and wanted to cancel all charges/payments, but they kept insisting!! He wouldn't hang up! He was rude and kept talking, even after I told him to stop wasting his time on me.  I told him I would cancel all charges and that I would not pay for the magazines and he said that it was too late, he already charged it.  I finally hung up after 15 minutes of arguing with him and found that he had initiated an $80 charge on my account!! I am going to cancel it, but does anyone know where I can report this? How do we stop them?

i got a call from them the other night and they already had all of my information. they presented me with the same prizes, etc. i told them i was not interested and they hung up on me. they had my card number for my visa debit so as soon as they called i checked my balance and 80 dollars was missing. i called customer service at my bank and the transaction was still pending so i had it cancelled and my card cancelled as well. a-holes. TODAY i got a call from a diff number, but the same exact scam. but this time they didn't have all of my info, they didn't even know what type of card i have (since i freaking cancelled it...) i told them i knew it was a scam and hung up, no one has called back since. that # is 866 747 5671

I refused to give them my CC# and George Mount was very rude.  I figured this was a scam from the get go, but I pray they don't have my credit card number. How did they get our information?

my mom just called Amanda at 1-800-264-4380 and told them to take my cell phone number off their list - they said they would.  But, first they tried to get my name and other info - my mother said that is none of your business and that I am thirteen and they have no business calling me.  If they keep calling me she is calling the cops.  Thank you to the person that gave out the number, hopefully it works!
