Claims to be a law firm wanting to collect a bill. When confronted he becomes a real a** and accuses me of hurting small business.

Yep, definitely a collection agency.  They are very threatening and rude. I was called worthless amongst other things.  Ultimately it turned into a shouting match ... both times they called.  Do they think the ruder they are the more apt I will pay (that is if I actually owed the bill) They misrepresent themselves as lawyers and threaten legal action.  Remember it is a collection agency's job to get money from you whether you owe it or don't.  This company will do everything short of threaten your life to get it.  They have to go through legal channels just like everyone else.  Bring it on!

Claim to be a Law firm, but are really a collection agency. They want to collect $120 for a bill they claim I owe for something to do with Dish network......funny, I have never received a bill in the mail for this!
After the third call in 3 days the person on the phone told me he was going to "attach my property"........seems to me they had better have a court order to do this...as well as some paper work to justify it!
