They won't mail you a copy of their collection request. I asked for detailed billing and Shelly Hall (if that is her name) said she will email it to me. I said no you can mail it to me. Since I would not give her my email address she said come to the office and view it. She won't take any of my calls just hangs up and won't tell me the company name or where they are.
