I just received a similar call from this number.  At the beginning of the call I informed them that I would speak to them but I was upfront and told them I wasn't about to release any credit card information.  I spoke to 2 different "agents"; the second lady I spoke to gave me a detailed description of what my trip included and when asked for my credit card number (which she said she knew began with a 4 and then requested my expiry date) I again explained that I did not give out any personal information like that.  She was VERY persistent and I guess when she realized she wasn't going to get any information from me, she too hung up on me.

apparently i won a trip to florida.  had lots of information on the trip details, very friendly and talked extreamly fast.  at the end they tell me that my "free" trip will only cost me $249 per person and all they ask is that I stop by a hotel for a "tour".  Then they wanted my "visa" they know it starts with a 4 they just need my expiry, I tell them that all Visa's start with a 4 and that I wasn't going to give anyone my expiry date, she then stated that it was a privlege for me to win this trip and asked again for my expiry, I said no and she hung up on me.  Hmmmmm.........
