Caller said they need a reference for Jimmy, Said his name was Steve Daily

This crazy man is a collector.  He has yalled at me over the phone, threatened me, and called my job numerous times, and even after quoting the Debt Collection Act, Section 805 .... he stil calls my job. I have something for him though, if he calls you, tell him to beware ....lol.

this number just called me today looking for a friend of mine.  he insisted on getting his number and said he knew me and i had spoken to him several months back.  i didnt know him or ever remember talking to him.  he said his name was steve daily and called private.  i told him if he wanted to contact my friend to give me his info.  i googled the number he gave me and it was this one.  his voice was freaky

This caller initially stalked me on myspace. He hit up people my friends list, asking them for my cell phone number. He gave them different stories of how he supposedly knew me (from school, an old friend, interested in joining an organization). Over a period of months my friends would tell me some guy named Skip on myspace was trying to get my info. Somehow the guy got my number called and left me a message stating my name is "jane shmoe when it is actually jane smith", he tried to get my address in the course of the convo and said I owed him $10,000. I think he was phishing.
