Unwanted calls even though I've asked them to remove my number from their call list

I keep getting calls from this number about a warranty scam they need to stop

I have had several calls from these people. If you call them out on their scam, or their legitimacy, they will hang up on you immediately. Since I have had these phone calls before, I decided to sound innocent and interested in buying an extended warranty. Strung them right along for like five minutes. I figure since they are wasting our time, I will waste some of theirs. Like others have said, you talk to some Middle Eastern sounding dude, then when you sound interested, they transfer you to a supervisor or a financial rep. So I gave her all of my fake information, and I could tell she was getting excited to "make the sale". But of course, when we got right down to choosing a payment option, and I asked for some information to be mailed to me, she hung up.

Same as everyone else reported.  Don't like the fact they have info on my vehicle.  Where do they get this stuff?

Received multiple calls frm this number. Called back and an automated message said their office is now closed- no matter what time of day it is. The caller left no message and my phone number is actually on the do not call list. I would lile these calls to stop.

They said it was about my car's warranty. I asked them to stop the calls. If they call back I will report them on DNC.gov. When I have done that in the past with other callers who did not heed my direct request, ALL telemarketer calls stop coming for several weeks.

I get calls from this # almost everyday as well. When I call back it says "Their office is closed for the day" no matter when I call

Keep getting calls from this number, they asked for me by name, when I asked what it was regarding the person said "hello" then hung up.

We have received calls from this number for months.  When you answer the phone...always a person with an Indian (from India) accent.  The person wants to speak to my husband...and when asked they say they are from the vehicle registration department.  When you call the number back as others state...you get to listen to a recording...office closed..they state hours...which...should be open.  I have called my phone company, the police in their area and the fcc and complained.  Oh and the do not call list...putting your name on that is like the sign for no guns allowed at the bank that is getting robbed...only the good people obey it.  Don't call them back...the phone company told me that they have equipment to get around the blocked number and bamm....you can't complain...you have done business with them recently....they have it in black and white...you called them...grrrrr.   The phone number is from Clarion Pennsylvania and is a private home phone....I have called their police and they know nothing.  Don't talk to these people...

Guy with a thick accent trying to sell an extended warranty or some such thing for an auto that was totaled four years ago.  Probably a boiler room operation from the other side of the planet.

Got a phone call yesterday from a guy who sounded foreign who wanted to know how many miles were on my car. I told him I wasn't interestrwed and hung up. Got a letter in the mail saying my warranty was expiring which I knew couldn't be bc I purchased an extended warranty so I called my local garage. They informed me this was a scam. The same guy called back tonight and I told him not to call my house again that he was running a scam and he had the nerve to tell me to say please! Can you believe it?

Person with Indian accent trying to sell warranty renewal.  I blocked the number.

Said a 5 year warranty would be a $5,000.

Called the house phone and knew everything about the make and model of my vehicle.  

Must be voice phishing

I've been receiving callsfrom this number daily!

This number is out of Clarion, Pa which is only 20 miles from me. I know there is no place over there that dose a warrantee renewal. I waisted 15 minutes of there time at least by sounding interested. The first lady sounded Arab and once I sounded interested I got transferred to her supervisor. He went on to ask some questions about the car. Thing is I don't know how they got the information about my car but either way I wasn't falling for it. Once I told the guy he was just waisting his time he got mad and acted real ignorant then hung up on me. Don't fall for this crap

This number has called me Friday, Saturday, and Monday (today) so far. No message left.

I get a call every day from 814-297-5085.They never speak or leave a message.I blocked the number.The caller id say's Pennsylvania.

814-297-5085  Something about the warranty on my vehicle.  They knew the make, model and year of my vehicle.  How would they know that?  I hung up on them.  It freaked me out.  

Since I signed my number up on the Do Not Call Registry, I am getting more and more spam phone calls than before I signed up.  This is the newest number I keep getting.  One ring and then hang up.  814-297-5085

Recieved the same at 409pm each day called back immediately and recording doesn't say a company name or individual and states the office is open from 8-4 pacific time.   Last I checked pacific time was 4hrs behind eastern time there for it should be until 8pm eastern time.  There for I believe it is some sort if scam call and suggest not answering or calling that number back just my professional opinion

I got one yesterday and one today; they leave no message. Called back at 1:32 pm eastern (Wed) and was told their offices were closed and to call back between 8 and 4 Monday through Friday.

I've been getting 1 call a day as well.  Does anybody know who this is?  They leave no message.
