This came up on my caller id as "International". I did not answer it nor did they leave a message.

I am constantly getting calls from this number 814-320-3214.  I don't recognize this number as being from anyone I know nor do I know any one who lives in Coudersport, PA, so I don't answer the call.  They never leave a message, though.
Don't know who this call is coming from or what they want.

I get these calls periodically but I never answer and they never leave a message.  Assume it's a telemarketer/scam type call. At least with caller ID I don't have to jump up and answer every call like the old days. The DNC list doesn't do any good if the people calling are dishonest to start with.

This call came in the other day and just now this evening..........it comes up on our phone as Coudersport, PA with the phone # of 814-320-3214.  We NEVER answer any call we don't recognize the number to; so our ans. machine, which is a machine recorded message, NOT our own voices, picks up and there was no message left..........obviously not very important if they don't leave a message.  thank GOD for caller ID !!!!

BULL! NOTHING is free. this is a scam.

The information I have is that my call of the same number came up on my search as bandwith on Voip in Coudersport, PA, but I think that was just the recieve tower, because the call came from Clarion PA (it is a city and a county in PA), which are just northeast of Pittsburgh, so it is possible that this is DL's area as well.

My phone rang and I saw that it was a number with an 814 area code-did not answer-I've gotten calls from this number before.

I called back to find out who it was because I was curious too.  However, when I did, all I got was a recording to press 1 to be added to the do not call list.  I did so and in a couple of days the calls stopped, I guess it worked to stop the calls.

Calls 2x per day.  Let it go to am. Says they can save me money on my electric. I will not answer any numbers I do not know.

I got a call by a computer dialer which indicated this number.  Once I picked up and said hello it launched into "
This is Duquesne Light and you are eligible for" some crapola.  I hung up but they keep calling.  I will never answer this number again.

SERVER POWER...calls a few times a week. I never pick up just let the a.m. kick on.

Received six calls from this number in the past 24 hours. Since other people received the same call I guess it is not a wrong number. These calls have to stop RIGHT AWAY!!!

I have had the same experience as BRL.  My ID window said SERVE POWER.  No one left a message.  Then also the same experience as Ivor in that there was a recording asking me if I wanted to be placed on the Do Not Call List when I tried calling them back.  No one answered.  I hit the number given for "do not call."  I am also on the so called "Do Not Call List," which is a laugh!  I have put myself on that list 4-5 times.  It's not enforced.  It's just a list of "real" numbers for telemarketers to have - so they can call real people!

I picked up but no one was on the line -- just dead air and finally a fast busy signal.  So I guess they didn't have an telemarketer available to speak with me when they called.

So I tried to return the call.  

All I get is a recording thanking me for calling and asking if I want to be put on a DO NOT CALL LIST.  Well, I don't want to be put on a DNC as I'm already on the state and national DNC lists and therefore their call to me was illegal to begin with.  What I wanted was to speak to a human.  So I stayed on the line.  They repeat the message and never offer the chance to speak with anyone.

So I have to conclude that these people know they're violating state and federal law, so it's time to report them.

I'd recommend that no one pick up a call from this number.
