on 3/30/12 is how long ive saved this number until i stumbled on to this site i have litterally over a hundred of theese numbers in my phone. Every time  i get a new number i save it then later after work i tell the wife my "buddy called again" she just hands me a beer kisses me on the cheek and tells me to have fun...i redial and redial send texts and relentlessly have at it cussing them out....try it its a total blast f-ing with them other times i tell them this is general so and so at the pentagon and stuff like that so suggestion give it a try youll have a great time blowing off steam

I called to check on the FBI report and apparently these folks in India have been going around doing this with other phone numbers scamming people.

They FBI is calling this an "extortion" scam related to people who applied for payday loans.

The FBI is investigating this because their is a front man living here in America (who is from India) - The money initially goes to him in his American account and then he feeds the money to his "operators" who are located in India.

They're still working on this case, but since the front man lives here in America and ABC went to his house and all the money initially goes to his account, this might be just the loophole that the FBI will need to get these folks stopped

Apparantly they've called well over 600,000 people and have made well over 5 million dollars from their scam. We need to stop them and since the front man resides in America, the victims should file a class action suit against this man and get back their money.

i HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FOR THIS NUMBER FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS NOW... HE ALWAYS SAYS THAT I OWE MONEY AND IF I DONT PAY THEY ARE GOING TO LOCK ME UP.... I HAVE ASK FOR HIM TO SEND ME THE PAPER WORK SHOWING WHERE I SIGNED FOR THIS LOAN..... HE ALWAYS TELLS ME HIS NAME IS MR.SMITH..... HE HAS CALLED MY JOB ALOT... THEY HAVE TOLD HIM THAT I KNOW LONGER WORK THERE BUT HE CALLS THEM A LAIR... LAST TIME HE CALLED I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CALL THE COPS AND HE STOPPED CALL FOR A WHILE BUT HE HAS STARTED CALLIN ME AGAIN....

McKenzie Law Group Associates tried me also by calling my number, when I returned the missed calls that came up on my caller I.D. as Harrison Val PA (814-334-1009) and got a Anna Johnson with a Jamacian accent.  She told me that she was a Rep. for the Law Group and some crazy BS about charges and court on Monday because of money I had gotten throught a Pay Day Loan, I tried my best to get her information before loosing my cool. I got all  the information that I could and went off on her so bad she hung up. I must have called her every name in the book but a child of God. Then I began to call them back to back......and then getting an Indian man with a thick accent on the phone. He called me a THEFT and I called him a B----- Azz Mutha_____  and told him to please overnite me my arrest warrant and the BS papers that they have on me for taking whatever money they claim that I got from whatever Pay Day Loan Company. The only scary part about the whole thing was that these azz------ knew the last 4 digits of my social and my address. But, I did report them to the FBI and handled this on another level for their surprise.  Wow, my afternoon with SCAMMERS. I might be a bit much for them to keep calling me the way I was going off. Then after going to the bank and coming home getting on-line finding out that the Business name that they are using is all over Google with the phone number for being SCAM Artist is CRAZY but so real.

I too just recieved one of these calls from this very number.  They have tried me before saying that my exhusband owed them money. This time I owed the money to some american pay loan. It crazy how they have so much of your information like that. It was scary and it pist me off. I told him the devil is a liar and I did not owe him nothing!!!!! Spoke to a so called supervisor and told her the same thing. When I wanted to go higher the phone hangs up. Even called them back and asked for a name number and address to where they say they are calling me about they hang up. What is this world coming too. I pray that they dont get anyone. It sad and wrong!

I keep getting calls for at least a year now, from John Smith, the man w/ the indian accent. He claims I owe him lots of money and he told me someone was going to show up at my door and take me to jail if I did'nt resolve the problem. I want this to stop, how can I do that? I know this is a scam because I never borrowed money anyone online or anyone for that matter.

I got these messages before.  from a different company.  it is a total scam. i hope people research before they pay these idiots.

Who ever these idiots are,they call and threaten you saying you have a payday loan.  They somehow get part of your personal info.  They call me at work and threaten me.  This is being turned over to the state police to handle.  Hope they can catch these idiots.  They all have an eastern accent.  I ask questions, ex:  when did I supposedly take this loan out?  They say I do not have this information. Absolute idiots.

I have been receiving the same harassing calls and I am unaware of who they are ... some law firm ... when they call it sounds as if they are in a bar with all of the background noise ... I told them send me tha paperwok and I will see them in court and hung up.

I just started receiving calls today from this man, who left a VM for me stating that if I didn't call him back, that he wished me good luck on the events that were about to unfold.....so I called that joker back, because I KNEW that nobody can call you, over ANY bill or debt, and talk to you like that. I asked him who did he think he was, calling MY phone and threatening me???? He said, "you're the type of person that never bothers calling back", I said, "so when someone doesn't answer you, you talk all kind of trash on their VM???, I think I'll take that VM down to the local police station"...and that worm hung up! When I tried to call them back, they kept hanging up on me....so I kept calling...LOL!!!! They picked the WRONG female, on the WRONG day!!!!! He finally picked up again and I said, "let me speak to your supervisor," he said, I am the supervisor, so I said, " you clown! You're NOT the supervisor of anything, sitting around making calls like this to people at 6:00 in the evening!!!!" What do you know??? He hung up again!!!!! LOL!!!!

Sorry for previous misspelling but I am so tired of these individual from India trying to pull this scam and it seems no one is doing anything about it.  Why doesn't the FBI or somebody track them down and stop it.  They are very evil individuals and need to go to jail with no out of jail card.

I received a call from a Mr. Chris Brown who said he work for a MacKenize Law Firm and that they were suing me.  As I know this indiidual was not from the US by sounded like India, I told him I knew this was a scam and I was call the FBI, he could hangin up fast enough

I just received a call today and after reading your posts I decided to call them and ask them for the name of firm and address I was given this: Mackenzie Law Firm, 3214 Bradley Street, Philadelphia PA 15021. Then when I said I saw complaints against them online he hung up. I tried calling back but they kept hanging up on me. I just wanted to get it out there. Someone help us please.

I have been getting these calls from 8143341010 as well as numerous other numbers all with the same thick accents and American names. I typically ignore the calls, but they constantly blow up my phone. And the voicemails left tell me I'm being sued and need to get in contact ASAP or ill be jailed. Typically though it is a woman who I can't even understand leaving the voicemails. And if I do answer and they ask for my name and I give a different name they tell me I'm lying and hang up and call right back. I don't know what to do, specially if they have all my info and I have not taken out a loan. Got a call today from this same number and  man with a thick Indian accent said his name was Rock Martin and I needed to have my attorney call him because it's time sentative that I call back. If I don't then he wished me the best of luck as my situtation unfolds... These are the same people that called under a different number and yes it was for a pay day loan that I took out over the internet but never finished. THey have my work number and all my other information. In December of 2011 I had to close my bank account because they had that too but not the routing number and they wanted that number. When I confortonted these people and said that I need documetation and who the law firm is I was give the name of a law firm in new jersey, the law firm existed but not the attorney he said he was. This is another scam and yes something needs to be done.

A person with a foreign accent called my place of employment from this number.  The receptionist asked if it was regarding a patient, I work in healthcare, and they said yes.  Needless to say it was not regarding a patient.  They blatantly lied.  Same conversation as the above posts.  Good luck with the events that are going to unfold on me.  How do we make this stop?

Yes I recieved a call from this number as well as 8555695936 they both said the same thing and when I asked for an address and information Hung up on me. I went to the fraud management at my bank and they informed me that it is a scam to get bank information. Often they target senior citizens and young people with little credit history. Tell them your going to alert the authorities and they will hang up on you. The other guy who called me was stupid enough to give me an ext. Which I used several times to bother him the way he bothered me and it was disconnected the next day. They are banking on people getting scared and just giving info to them.

Received a call from 814-334-1010 and they. Knew my name? Some scam about money owed to them? But when I call I just get a no answer on the phone. This should be reported to the Attorney Generals office

I keep receiving these scam calls from different numbers. I have reported this each time. They only call my work phone, which is harrassing. He stated his name was Charles Brown and he's calling for a legal matter.

I have received over 5 calls in the last hour along with a voice mail. The individuals have a very strong Indian accent and left a threatening message on my cell. I called back and they said I am being sued and asked me not to say anything until they finish reading some FALSE form. This is a criminal enterprise that hacks online sites (usually pay day loans) and farms information.  They then pretend to be a legitimate collector for the lender and illegally threaten the consumer into making a payment over the phone.  DO NOT PAY THESE CRIMINALS.  Go to fbi.gov and search "pay day loan scams" for more information.  If you take a call, tell them you know they are criminal scammers and will never pay them anything.  Usually, they lose interest and stop calling.  Above all, do not confirm or give them any additional personal information as they will continue to use your personal information for fraudulent purposes.
