This fools called me at work and left a message with my boss saying if I didnt call them back today that I will be arrested in the morning. So on my break I called the back and was calm about it and told the guy (Jonathan Matthews) that since this is a legal matter I needed to know what information he had so I could pass it along to my lawyer so she can handle this, Oh when I said lawyer he got all upset and said I didn't need to involve her.. I said this is a legal matter and yes I will need her. So he continue saying I didnt so I told him that I will give this number to my local police my lawyer and the P.I that lives across the street from me and they will handle it. No more calls after that!!!!

I say we all call this number as much as possible. more time they spent dealing with us means less time to harass others.  it seems to really piss them off.  I've been calling from 3 diff numbers. LOL

This number called and harrassed me with arrest if I didn't pay a loan I'd never heard of. Person had a foreign accent. When I called it back to get details, they couldn't give me all the details of the lawsuit I asked for neither could they give me their company name. When they realized I had called their bluff and threatened to turn them in for scamming and harrassment they started cussing me with some of the most awful language ever heard and told me to NEVER call back that I would be arrested on Monday. I told them to bring it on. I would be here eagerly awaiting the cops. Then when I tried calling back, just dead silence. The phone wouldn't even ring in.

Yeah one called said his name was micheal Jordan!!! Lmfaooo!! Oh boy saying I owed southern loans.. I said stop calling my phone or Ill call the cops and I hung up:$

This Indian man called and told me something about a law suit for the last three weeks and each time it is different number and different alias...this time he told me to obscene things to his body parts when I told him I knew he was a scammer.  This is crazy and he really needs to be caught.  He called back 10 times in a row and each time I hung up on him.  I finally had to take the phone off the hook.

I got a call a few times on my cell number from an Officer Tom Foster, with a thick heavy accent.  He told him that I needed to call him back or else I would be arrested.  I googled the number and saw he was calling from Pennsylvania.  They continued to call, so everytime I would just hang up on them.  They were able to get through and left a voice mail.  They told me they are from the Office of Crime and Investigations, which does not exist. It's the Office of Criminal Investigations.  He told me if I just wanted to play games and piss them off, then I needed to get a smart attorney because local cops would be coming to my house and work to arrest me.  I am unsure what it is regarding, however, most of these calls come about due to defaulted pay day loans. You cannot be arrested for defaulting on a pay day loan.  Also, someone from Pennsylvania cannot come and arrest me when I live in a different state.  There needs to be a valid warrant or a court order.  I know it's annoying, but just ignore them. They will go away.

My husband started receiving these calls today. He called me and said he thought he was in trouble. He gave the man my number and the man called me. He said he was an FBI agent by the name of Officer Don Foster. He then proceeded to tell me that my husband was in trouble for using his SS # at US Cash Advance. He even gave me my husbands SS# and then said that he falsely used the number and it was not his to use. He said they was going to arrest my husband in the morning. Alot of it I could not understand. He repeated to me several time that he was an FBI agent and repeated his name several times. I was writing down what I could understand, that I thought was important. I finally told him he was not FBI and I was calling them when i got home. And that was my husbands number so there was no way that any one could do anything thing to him, for using his own number. And that he had never borrowed money from US Cash Advance, so he could not be in any trouble for that. He left messages on my husbands phone saying he was from the Bureau of crime and investigation and was going to arrest him in the morning. Also saying that he may need to hire an attorney. I also told him that there was no way he was an FBI agent, cause he could bearly speak english and he would not have an American name. When I got home, I called the FBI, they are going to look into it. Oh and the number they was calling from was 8143437210.

this same guy just called me and began to say he was Tod Foster from the buero of crime and investigation. he said i was goin to be arrested tomorrow morning if i did not pay the money. he said i could settle this out of court but they dont accept check or debit card. when he asked me to go to wal-mart and get a moneypak i knew it was a scam. in the past hour he has called me several times and even called my job sayin that they were goin to arrest me. so yeh, just dont fall for this scam. the guy has a heavy indian accent, so he is hard to understand.

I am also receiving calls from Franklin Benjamin.  I am so glad you are turning this over to NBC10 investigators.  It doesn't seem to be any other way to stop the calls.

My husband also got a few calls from these people as well they told him the officers name was benjamin Franklin and said they were coming to arrest him as well. I told them I was contacting my lawyer and they said Fu*k me as well so I went off and told them I was going to countersue them for harrassing my husband and I and he said if you want to get smart Bit*h then you need to come to court too tomorrow morning!!! I said ok I will be there. I called our district court and the county courts and they didn't have any judgements against my husband so I Am going to turn this over to NBC10 investigators and see what they can do!!!!!

We have a man calling our business from this number asking for one of our employees. When he is told that the employ can only be paged if it is an emergency he states that he will be arrested and then starts saying VERY vulgar things to the customer service representative who answers the phone. We are in the process now of blocking this number.

THE SAME GUY WHO HAS A THICK INDIAN ACCENT KEPT HARRASING ME AT MY JOB AND HARRASING MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER AT HOME TELLING ME HE WAS OFFICER FRANKIN BENJAMIN [FLIP THE NAME AROUND].HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ARRESTED  MONDAY DIDN'T HAPPEN AND CALLED EVERY HALFHOUR  FROM THE NUMBER ABOVE FINALLY MY WIFE TOLD HIM IF HE KEPT HARRASING US THAT WE WOULD REPORT IT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NEW YORK. HE TOLD MY WIFE THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED TODAY 4-3-2011. SOME OF THE NUMBERS WOULD BE 911.PLUS THE POLICE WOULD JUST COME AND ARREST YOU  NOT TELL YOU THAT THEIR GONNA ARREST YOU. SO I WOULD LIKE TO FIND THIS  PIECE OF CRAP AND CHOP OFF HIS HANDS. I HOPE THAT THEY CATCH HIS A** AND HANG HIM BY HIS BALLS.

My dad was getting all these calls last night form this number. They must've called 20 times in only a few hours.It's exactly what everyone else was saying. He had a really thick accent to where you could barely understand him, he said his name was Franklin Benjamin and also presented himself as Officer Benjamin, he threatened to arrest my dad and also called him countless times at work. My mom was getting so upset and stressed about it. My dad was a little shaken. We got suspicious when thye called for the millionth time and told my mom that my dad would be arrested Monday morning then rudely hung up on her. Legit companies don't hang up on you. They kept sayng he owed them $500. And they wanted him to fax over some kind of information. I'm glad we figuered out it was a scam before he did what they wanted. It was constant and harrassing. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY!!!!!!! It was so rediculous!

I too got 17 calls from this people, telling me that they are coming tomorrow morning at 8:30am to arrest me. I went to the PD and there is nothing they can do. I knew it was a scam after the so called officer gave me the name of Franklin Benjamin.LMAO... you could not even understand what they were trying to tell you. Just be very careful. these people have my home address, work # and most scariest of them all, my social security number. There has to be a way to stop this idiots.......

They are deffinately a scam trying to collect $$ from you... In no way shape or form can you be prosecuted for debt... there is no such thing as debtors prison... They are breaking many many laws when they call just tell them you have reported them to the Attn Generals Office... and see ya in court. also tell them you would like thier fax number to issue a cease and dissist against them.. they will stop immediately... SCUMBAGS go back to your own country and scam people.. and eye for an eye

I just started (2 days now) getting these calls and an "officer" with a thick accent threatening me.  Its kinda scary bc they say they are comming to your job, home and are going to arrest you.  What can I do to make them stop?

I also am receiving calls from this number.  I recently had a payday loan for an emergency situation and paid it off 4 days later.  Now I am receiving these calls.  They told me that they were going to proceed with litigation if I did not take care of this alleged bill.  I told them to go ahead and they were dumbfounded.  They had nothing else to say other than "do you understand we are going to take you to court and press 3 different criminal charges against you."  I simply answered with "yes and I'll see you in court".  They had nothing else to say and hung up.  They called again today and stated the same information as before so I called them out.  I explained that they called me a few days ago and that nothing has changed and I would see them in court and told them to stop calling me.  I have been keeping track of the info and have reported them to both the BBB and the FTC. If the calls continue, I have a lawyer that handled this type of situation before and I was awarded a settlement for their harrassment and illegal practices.

I just got the same phone call but I am smart enough to know that it was a scam. I begin to do my own investigations on the caller. They told me that some one from the bureau of crime and investigation will come and arrest me. now these callers i have been coming in contact with because they where not the first ones they have strong accents either Indian or some other nationality. I was looking for a small payday loan recently and I placed my info on a site and shortly after that I been getting all types of calls. Please be aware. They will make you think you did something wrong but just know if you where reported by the court or have a court case you would have obtained a certified letter in the mail before you would get a phone call from anyone.........IF YOU GONNA SCAM PEOPLE BE SMART >...NOT DUMB .. LOL GOOD DAY PEOPLE ...

This is a scam. Some one from the bureau of Crime and Investigation will come and arrest you.
